The room was beautiful with old cave giving it a wonderful atmosphere. The staff was lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the house cat very friendly and cute. Location was perfect in the center of town. The pipes in the bathroom...could be better but I imagine it is the same everywhere. Overall, we had an amazing stay at this small, family owned, cozy hotel. Would recommend it to anyone!

Wonderful stay

Beautiful and clean hotel right in the heart of Goreme. Plenty to places to eat near by. We drove a car and found parking easy. Hotel staff was exceptional: attentive and helpful. We loved the rooms, found the beds comfortable and clean.

What a great hotel! We loved our very unique cave room. The room was spacious and comfortable! The hot tub was fun to have. Breakfast was tasty and the outdoor covered seating was pleasant. Staff were all helpful and friendly. We would recommend Noah’s Ark to anyone for a stay in Cappadocia! Only caveat is the parking can be challenging. It is in a busy city centre and the hotel has only one or two dedicated parking spaces. There is ample street side parking within walking distance, which we figured out after the first night.

I stayed for 2 nights and it was a great experience! Room was very clean and the heated floors helped on the cold days! The staff was more than helpful, offering advice on where to go and see along with one morning we thought we missed breakfast due to the hot air balloons, they called our room and extended breakfast so we would attend. 10/10 would recommend. Wonderful stay :)

Very unique cave/ stone hotel experience (though it's quite common in Cappadocia). Lots of day tour packages you can book through the hotel which wasn't offer to us before we make our trip. It would have made our planning easier. Anyway, overall it's a pleasant experience.

Amazing decor, everything smells new, nice rooftop (although the restaurant next door has a better one), 24h reception, a few parking bays, good breakfast (but lacking omelette or scrambled eggs). Heads up... Waking up 6:30am for balloons (official sunrise in Oct 6:50am) is too late. They lift off much earlier. Also the public viewpoint nearby charge 25 TL per person so prepare cash early

Clean nice place

The room that we got is facing the road. It is huge room, clean and bed is comfortable. Floor is heated marble. Breakfast is ok for me . Not the greatest but it could fill you up. View on rooftop is great specially watching the balloons in the morning. It’s very near to restaurants, shops . The only poor thing is there reception area looks sketchy at first because they have right in front of the hallway. No designated reception area. They could have open the door by the next door store so they could make it as a reception area. Staff are friendly specially Efe. Speaks fluent English. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Best stays in my Türkiye trip

The best thing I did during my trip to Türkiye was that I made a reservation here. The three days in the cave room were unique, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and especially the shower water pressure was the best. Above all, the best were the friendly staff who calmly cared for us every time. Also, the balloon package they provided was cheaper than the other web packages, and it was nice that I was able to reserve a balloon for the next morning right after checking in. When I rode a balloon, it was all the same whether it was expensive or cheap. Next time If I come to Cappadocia with my family, I will definitely come here again!

Did not live up to star rating.

Staff were nice, but the hotel did not seem to be a priority (they were also running a travel company). Room was nice, beds were very comfortable, but bathroom has a very bad odor. The first night the staff just used a scent to cover the smell. The second day (after the shower head fell on my husband’s head) they actually fixed the fan. The hotel has a lovely terrace. Unfortunately, the day we arrived it was raining, so of course all the cushions etc were removed. However, although the next day was beautiful, the cushions were not put back. There were also dirty ashtrays laying around full of water from the rain. Breakfast was fine, but have had much better. Certainly expected better based upon the hotels.com rating.

Unique rooms carved within rock. Beautiful terrace. Comfortable beds. Central location. There was nice jacuzzi in the room but there was not enough hot water to fill it in or to take warm shower. There was slight smell in En-suite. Also we had an apartment with 2 rooms. One was walk through which was ok for us. Only this room had an air condition. It was too expensive for what it was offering. If you have mobility problems this hotel is not for you- narrow steps. There is a quirkiness in the rooms, no storage space in rooms or bathrooms. But this is probably a beauty of sleeping comfortable in a cave. Swing saloon doors to en-suite were not comfortable. Stuff very friendly and always ready to help whatever time of the day or night.
