Perfect place for a long layover! Transfer was amazing and very well organized. Walking distance to the stores and restaurants. Room had everything we needed. Front desk stuff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it if you are looking for a great place near Istanbul airport.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel needs some work. The walls are paper thin, our light flickered and then would go out, a hole in the wall and the toilet seat was not on correctly. It was very noisy. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. 20 Euro for the two of us. Shuttle ran 24 hrs.

Pros: - The airport transfer service is great, especially if your flight arrives or departs at midnight. The hotel is about 10–15 minutes away from IST airport. - Breakfast was good and there were two options: 1) a Turkish breakfast (eggs, cucumber, tomatoes and cheese), or 2) Turkish baked goods such as olive bread and cheese bread. - The housekeeping crew were friendly and helpful, providing extra towels and toilet rolls. -There are bakeries, restaurants, kebab shops, a pharmacy and supermarkets nearby. Cons: - The room is quite small. I hit my toes on the bed legs multiple times. - The location is far from the tourist attractions and the city centre of Istanbul, about an hour's drive away.

Good hotel for transit stay

A good hotel to stay not far from the airport. Room is comfortable though it’s located on the street so you can hear traffic going by. Airport shuttle worked well.

As per the Reservation its states that "Free continental breakfast available daily 6:30 AM to noon", but its not buffet kind breakfast. Its like 3 options to choose an item and black coffee and its not as advertised. As per Reservation its says - Dem Premium Hotel - Round Trip Airport Service - this should have stated that paid Round Trip Airport Service, which misleading and I did not like over over the facility which provided, which is different from what its advertised.
