Great hotel room overall with spacious areas and amazing reinassance theme as well as view of the Duomo. Location is probably what justifies the pricing. Staff was very attentive particularily Navy. Great room, friendly and helpful staff! The door knob came off and they were unable to fix it for the last two nights of the stay which felt a bit unsafe. Also the old elevator didn’t work one afternoon so we had to walk up and down the four flights to the entrance of the hotel. That being said the location is unbeatable!

The entrance to the building is smelly. The elevator is old fashioned. However, when you walk into this B&B it is beautiful! The rooms are well appointed, clean, comfortable, etc. if you come home after 8 or 8:30 in the evening, there is nobody at the front desk.

We had a fabulous time here. The room was absolutely stunning with great ameneties. Very modern and at the same time it had a Firenze charm to it. The bathrooms were stunning and we loved the modern shower that changed colors! Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. They were so helpful. I would say the only thing is the very old elevator but we didnt let it bother our stay. And there was a wierd smell in the hallways but not in our room Thank you for everything! Was a beautiful experience and by far my favorite hotel!
