Not the best choise for the amount of money i spen
Water was not enough for a bath. Checked multiple times during my 2 days stay. At check in i was asked for thr reservation number. Never happened to me again. Organised hotels know and expect their guests. Breakfast was average to good. Room was clean, but the bathroom looked quite old.

Very disappointing for a Mercure
I do not understand how Mercure can allow this hotel to be part of their chain. I specifically chose a Mercure in order to benefit from international standards. The service at reception was terrible. The Wi-Fi hardly worked and was very spotty (we had to use the one of the room next door because the one in our room didn't work). The TV didn't work. They use an Internet TV and because the WiFi was so poor, it didn't work. The room was outdated. Eco-friendliness is an unknown concept : they had small plastic bottles for shampoo, shower gel... instead of the big ones you now find in almost all international chains. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. And did I mention how unfriendly the reception was?

This hotel is very dirty. Bathrooms haven’t been cleaned for months. Furniture is absolutely filthy and mattresses have insects. The pictures and description on Expedia is all a lie, and the staff admitted that themselves. Save your money and wellbeing and stay away from this property.

Feedback on Unprofessional Check-In Experience
During check-in, I had a disappointing experience with customer service. I was placed on hold while two customers who arrived after me were served first. When I inquired about the situation, the staff member responded rudely and continued assisting another guest, leaving me feeling ignored.
Eventually, I was handed the room key without any explanation regarding breakfast or the checkout process. Additionally, there was no senior management available to address or escalate this matter

Good hotel in a terrific area for commuting
This is a terrific hotel nestled into many others in the area. Generally three to maximum four stars in the area. If you’re driving, it’s in the middle of the city so accessibility is key. The room was very comfortable and large. Housekeeping was quick and timely. The front desk was very nice to me as a man, however travel friend as a women, felt they were arrogant and dismissive to her (except the woman working there on the day we checked out) It’s Saudi - things are changing. The breakfast was top notch. I recommend this hotel.
