This is the place to stay if you want to be surrounded by peace and quite and amazing snow capped Mountain View’s. It is out of town. Transport with UBER is easy and very inexpensive. The hotel also offers shuttle to town. Breakfast option was limited if you have dietary issues. Will definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, well rounded buffet breakfast. Our room was clean and well maintained. The hotel's setting is spectacular. Only one small thing we saw needed was to paint the metal roof. Otherwise the check-in / check-out was fast and easy. Lobby and restaurant clean and comfortable.

Loved the location! Very quiet and beautiful… we enjoyed short walks on the property/waterfront. Nice strong shower. Restaurant has fabulous food; we ate two terrific dinners there. The mattresses were old and sunken, which was my only complaint, but I would still 100% stay here again!

To stay here staring at beautiful mountains and the channel is paradise. It is only an easy quick 10 minute ride to the city center and airport. Tour operators collect you at the hotel. Taxi and shuttle services is quick and quicker. Fantastic service and staff, and good. Highly recommend.

Eu raramente escrevo avaliações, mas não poderia deixar de relatar a minha experiência neste lugar. O hotel é completamente diferente do que é mostrado nas fotos do Instagram. As imagens passam a impressão de uma estrutura com piscinas, cavalos e diversas opções de lazer, mas, na realidade, o local oferece apenas os quartos e um restaurante. O atendimento foi, sem dúvida, o pior que já recebi. Nunca me senti tão desrespeitado. Os funcionários tratam os hóspedes como se fossem um incômodo, sempre com pouca cordialidade e disposição para ajudar. A sensação é de que sua presença não é bem-vinda. Outro ponto muito negativo é que o hotel fica afastado de tudo, então qualquer deslocamento depende de Uber. Além disso, não é permitido pedir delivery nas dependências, o que acaba fazendo com que a única opção de alimentação seja o restaurante do próprio hotel. Infelizmente, os preços do restaurante são muito altos e, em uma das refeições, foi cobrado um valor superior ao que constava no cardápio, o que considero uma prática inaceitável. Para completar, apesar de o hotel informar que é proibido fumar nas dependências, encontrei bitucas de cigarro dentro do meu quarto, demonstrando falta de limpeza e de cuidado com os hóspedes. Foi uma experiência extremamente frustrante do início ao fim. Não recomendo este lugar e sugiro que procurem outras opções antes de reservar.

Good breakfast, view, and rooms. Because of that I didn’t give a 1 star. What really set me off was that I got charged $100 for getting the towels a little dirty to where it would only take a single wash cycle to clean! “Ohh it’s part of the contract which we have but don’t have anyone read”. Which is for obvious reasons of course. I’m not going here again because of the lack of transparency on how they overcharge for insignificant “damages”! Did cause $100usd in damages in making a towel dirty? Absolutely not! The towels wouldn’t even achieve $5 in valuation in even the most insane circumstances!
