A very nice hotel for travel

The building and the room were in good condition. The facilities were also in good condition. The beds were very nice The carpark was fine, but you need to pay more attention if you drive a big car. The cooking wares were in good shape. The laundry machines were very good and easy to handle. They are good models The toilet was clean with very nice water supply. The lighting for the dinning table was not bright enough, it is better to move one of the ceiling spot lights a little bit to make the dinning place brighter (of course, I didn't do it, it is a recommendation only).

This is my second time staying here. I love the accommodation and the locastion suited my needs. The only issue I and my family had was that both apartments I stayed in were noisy in the sense of a fan that stays on most of the time which affected our sleep. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and would stay again despite the noise. It would be great if that could be rectified.

Stayed for one night mid week. Electronic access to everything was new to us. Didn't realise there was a seperate elevator for guests vs tennants. Room was excellent. Well appointed. Easy access. Clean. Bed was hard as a rock and train noise heard from 5am till midnight. Overall good stay.

The property location is excellent - close to trains and trams, shops and restaurants. The apartment was nicely furnished and equipped however the electronic security system was complicated and difficult. Also the communication with the Rambla administration was difficult and unfriendly. On the basis of the difficulties I had with the administration I would not return to this property.

New, modern property. Close to train, tram station. Quick, clear communication. Digital key is modern, good way to use. However sometime it’s annoyed while opening if wi-fi/data not strong enough. It could be better if the price is a little bit lower given we have to pay for transportation back and fort to downtown everyday.

Negative; It's right next door to the train station so you hear the trains and warnings lights all night long and early morning. Also construction building site across the road making noise all day long from Mon- Sat. Even though l went out each day the noise started really early. No need to set an alarm clock! The virtual key was annoying so l had to ask for a physical key. Positive; close to restaurants, shops and transport. The place was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. However, l wouldn't stay there again due to the negatives mentioned.

Very hard to access underground Carpark. No signs of where to Park Car when we finally got access to Enter. No signage to show where lift is Located. Once in Lift no Internet Connection to gain access to proceed to our Apartment Floor. Just as well one of the Residents of the Building got us connected to get up to the 5th floor to our Apartment.

Management need to make some basic improvements

Well located and adequately furnished. Good beds and clean on arrival. Communication is appalling. Sent a couple of messages asking questions in advance of arrival and received no responses. On check in you are given a digital concierge which is next to useless. System for messaging them but again NEVER received a reply. Apartment not cleaned or replenished in three weeks apart from once when we happened to bump into the cleaners and they kindly agreed to clean and change the beds etc. kitchen very poorly equipped. Just 5 plates, 5 bowls and some cutlery. No small plates and no cooking pans at all for the oven. No knives for preparing food. When we asked about this again we were ignored.

Brand new lovely apartment and because of this, a couple of things missing - dish cloth and tea towel. Great shower and comfy beds with crisp new sheets. Check in procedure difficult, as experienced by a few guests we met, as the web key which Rambla sends you is unusable from basement carpark and lifts where WiFi isn't available. As I understand it, where WiFi isn't available you need to access room key via the Bluetooth app via the Wotif portal. It's all confusing and not explained well at all. We just ended up getting a physical key by phoning Rambla on 1300 583 151 and the staff were awesome. They have a key safe and we had a physical key within a minute. This can be used to scan you into the front door, carpark, lifts and your room. I'd definitely stay again but would get a physical key as soon as I arrived, once I'd managed to get in the building. Luckily, kind guests helped us out.

The property was as advertised. Very secure, quiet despite being near a train station, extremely clean, and eco-friendly. The staff were prompt and helpful. One thing we found (the ONLY complaint) is that the apartment was quite cold, and the heating in the main room is not sufficient for both rooms, which made it a bit cold at night.

This was a great property and I was very comfortable for the duration of my stay. A short walk to the train station and Brunswick boasts many great cafes that are close by. (And a supermarket very close too). Only downside was the online link to get the digital access key. The staff (virtual) at Rambla were extremely helpful and I was given clear instructions on where to get a physical key/fob. (So much easier for me).
