Everything about this hotel was lovely except for the comfort of the bed/pillows. Both my husband and I woke up after the first night with stiff necks and sore backs. This continued over our two-night stay. That notwithstanding, the staff, location, bars/restaurants and cleanliness of the hotel were outstanding!

The room was absolutely gorgeous and so spacious. When we arrived we had a bottle of wine waiting for us. It was our 15-year wedding anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special from guest services to the restaurant staff to housekeeping. If you get a room that has the bathtub, it is absolutely amazing. And the rainfall shower head is something special. It's just luxury from the minute that you step in the door to the minute that you leave. If you're wanting to feel special and luxurious, this is the place to stay. I can see why it's the number one hotel in Boise.

Staff were incredible from start to finish. From the friendly way they answered the phone when I called to ask about an early check-in (which they kindly accommodated) to the moment we checked out, the service was outstanding. They gave us great food and restaurant recommendations and even surprised us with a bottle of wine to help celebrate our anniversary. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location—an easy walk to downtown. There’s also a wonderful coffee shop and restaurant right in the hotel, which made the stay even better. A hotel can be beautiful, but it’s the staff that truly make or break the experience—and this team absolutely made it. We will definitely be staying again!

Renegade was absolutely lovely, the king bed room with the see through shower was such a cool vibe and everything was so clean and immaculate. I loved having a coffee shop onsite or the option of room service, or a multitude of other eating options within a 5 minute walk. Such a great location. The staff was incredible. We had an unfortunate incident with a too drunk friend getting sick all over her bed after 1am and the front desk was so helpful and accommodating, didn't make us feel bad lol, and moved us into a new room right away. We were so relieved with how they handled the situation because we felt so bad, but they were so reassuring about everything and absolutely lovely. The only two things i will mention is they only had valet parking that is $35, other parking in the area is limited, but there are some garages fairly close. I also only gave 4 stars on ammenities since they dont have a pool area which would be the cherry on top of this place. Overall extremely pleased with my stay and i look forward to staying here again.

had a great stay at Hotel Renegade. The property is beautiful, extremely clean, and very well kept. You can tell a lot of attention has gone into both the design and maintenance of the hotel. The location is also fantastic — right in the heart of downtown Boise, which makes it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and everything the area has to offer. My only small drawback was that I wish the gym had a bit more equipment. Aside from that minor point, everything about the stay was excellent. Overall, a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Boise.
