The hotel front door opens directly to the canal. It’s virtual staff with easy contact via what’s app. 4euro a day in cash needed for city tax. My room was beyond expectation with one private room and modern bathroom downstairs and upstairs a spacious room with stairs up to the outdoor terrace with patio furniture. Lots of stairs with no elevator access but very manageable. Plenty of places to eat steps away from the hotel. Gondola service directly outside of the hotel. 2 minute walk to the Rialto bridge which has water bus, water taxi and gondola service on the Grand Canal. The hotel offers excursions for a very affordable rate. Easy to arrange via WhatsApp and the entire team responds quickly.

Very clean, beautifull, FORTUNY room is as it seems in the photos, had good heating, the canal view is not that great but decent for the price, the host let us leave our luggage after checkout, the only down sides is that the city tax must be on cash and that the windows can’t be open all the way to take good photos of the canal. Overall a very nice experience.

Perfect for exploring Venice.

A delightful place right in the heart of Venice just a stones throw from the Rialto Bridge. Extremely convenient for everything. Well appointed and very clean. We had the top room with the down side of having a private separate bathroom down a flight of stairs. However, the pay off was that you got a small rooftop terrace to enjoy.

Nice clean room. Very central location. More like and air b&b with a code to enter and no reception. We didn’t expect the bathroom to be shared between two guest rooms and across the hallway, although it seemed we were the only ones using it the days that we were there. Nice owner / host who message and invited us on a boat trip with 8 guests today for €40 per person which was worth it.
