the service and the hotel accomodations were very nice and the staff were very helpful. the area where the hotel is located is very noisy at night, and it can be difficult to get to sleep at night without the aid of earplugs. the hotel is also located very far from the center of town, though it is located in an area with many nice restaurants and cafes, and far too many bars for my taste.

Great hotel in centre of El Poblado - really clean and spacious room, lovely rooftop sauna and jacuzzi, with a beautiful view. Only downside is it’s loud at night due to the bars and clubs nearby but there is a white noise machine in the room which helps with sleep

had a great stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. One thing to note is that the area can be quite loud at night, but the hotel is upfront about this at check-in. They provide ear plugs and a sound machine in the room, which definitely helped. Overall, a nice experience—just be prepared for some nighttime noise if you’re a light sleeper.

Great location, style and comfort.

We opted for the room with a view and balcony. The street scene and life below us was lively and fun, however, if you are a light sleeper, the front rooms or this hotel may not be for you. The partying doesn’t stop until 2 or 3.00AM. It didn’t bother me though. Everything about the room was fine - clean and comfortable.

The customer service was great, the place was clean, great location and the room was nicely decorated. We were told about the noise in the area and they even told us that if after one night we didn't want to stay, they understood and there would be no penalty. It was loud but we managed and appreciate the heads up.

Very cute hotel in a great area

We had a great stay - the location of the hotel is perfect, the rooms are cute, and the roof is really nice (good bar, hot tub, cold plunge and sauna). We felt safe in the area, but we were not out past 9/10pm. The only two things to note are 1) the bathroom is not blocked off from the room the sink and shower are very much kind of in the center of the room (but still semi private) and 2) the neighborhood has a ton of night life so you will hear some loud music, it was nothing we couldn’t sleep through ultimately - note we were not there over a weekend so cannot speak to how much louder it gets

Great stay in busy tourist area with lots of cafes, restaurants and bar. 20min walk to the metro which was super easy to get to then access rest of the city. We had room on first floor so no outside view/room was quite dark without the lights on. This worked for us as we were out most of the day but may not be suitable for all, so make sure you check what type of room or floor you are on. We stayed Mon to Thursday and there was no noise issue for us (the staff were helpful in talking to you and offering help where they could if it was a problem). Rooftop bar and space were very nice and staff there and at reception very friendly and helpful.

In a great, walkable area. Felt safe - there was security at the hotel and someone at the front 24/7. Room was beautiful - great shower and comfortable space. Not a ton of space to hang clothes, but made it work. The front desk warned me that it may be noisy due to surrounding bars and street noise. However, the hotel provided earplugs and a white noise machine. I found any noise to be minimal and the white noise machine was a thoughtful touch. There are some great cafes for breakfast and coffees located next to the hotel, along with a pharmacy/convenience store across the street. Highly recommend and would stay here again! Great value.
