Cozy hotel in Medellin

Cozy hotel in the middle of everything, room was clean, bed was comfortable and for us the music outside didn’t bother us. We enjoyed the rooftop and bar and the bartender Sebastian was awesome very friendly.

Great hotel in centre of El Poblado - really clean and spacious room, lovely rooftop sauna and jacuzzi, with a beautiful view. Only downside is it’s loud at night due to the bars and clubs nearby but there is a white noise machine in the room which helps with sleep

Great stay in busy tourist area with lots of cafes, restaurants and bar. 20min walk to the metro which was super easy to get to then access rest of the city. We had room on first floor so no outside view/room was quite dark without the lights on. This worked for us as we were out most of the day but may not be suitable for all, so make sure you check what type of room or floor you are on. We stayed Mon to Thursday and there was no noise issue for us (the staff were helpful in talking to you and offering help where they could if it was a problem). Rooftop bar and space were very nice and staff there and at reception very friendly and helpful.

Trendy hotel, but very noisy

Hotel is trendy and tastefully decorated. Staff are friendly. Sauna and cold plunge pool on the roof are fantastic, we used them every day. The negative is it is very noisy from nearby bars, the price you pay for the great location. They make this clear to you on check-in and provide ear plugs and a white noise machine in your room. This just about drowns out the beat of the music. We were in a room at the front of the hotel, we were told by another guest that the rear is quieter, so request that!

Great stay. Nice clean room with great air conditioning and a great private feeling balcony. The pool area well maintained and was a great break from the heat. Solid breakfast included and was dropped off at the room in the morning. Had no problem checking out at 630am to get to early flight and when we discovered the city was closed to cars for a race, Benjamin at the front desk helped us bring our bags about 0.5km to get out of the walled area. Highly recommend.

Area is extremely loud!! We were woke up at 4 am to loud music in our room from the outside. The area outside the hotel is a nonstop party. There are prostitutes, wanna be rappers carrying speaker that will troll you while walking and lots of people. Not the best option for those over 40 or traveling with kids

Wat een mooi ingericht hotel! Te midden van de uitgaansbuurt in El poblado. De service was uitmuntend! Let wel op: er ligt een nachtclub bijna naast het hotel, dus hier ga je geluidsoverlast van krijgen! Oordoppen liggen standaard op de kamer, evenals een geluidsreductie apparaat. Het hotel biedt aan om eerst 1 nacht te verblijven in je geboekte kamer, om de andere nachten (indien nodig) te upgraden naar een kamer met minder geluidsoverlast. Wij hadden het geluk dat de nachtclub dicht was na onze eerste nacht, waardoor we heerlijk hebben geslapen. Tours zijn echt belachelijk duur hier. En boek dit hotel zonder het ontbijt. Kost €15 pp per nacht en beperkte keus. Je ontbijt in een cafeetje waar je ook zo binnenkomt lopen en de keus op die kaart is veel groter (en dan ben je hoogstwaarschijnlijk minder geld kwijt). Tevens zijn er legio opties om te ontbijten op loopafstand.

The Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to all. If you looking to party and enjoy the night life this is the place because you can listen to the music playing since 4 or 5 pm. The bar in the rooftop is little but cozy perfect to begin the night with a few drinks before go out . The only bad part is that outside people only can stay in the rooftop until 9pm and after that they are not allow in your room , the staff will charge u around 100 dollars for a person to stay, no is bad if you have friends that are staying in different hotels and want to spend some time with you while you get ready . Besides that the place is nice and clean .

My stay at Hotel Celestino was excellent. The place is beautiful, with modern and cozy decor. The rooms were super comfortable, clean. The staff was very friendly and always attentive to our needs.
