Book immediately for the best stay of your life!

First of all I would like to thank Wawan, Leonk, Angga, Jaka, as well as all the other amazing staff members who made our stay the most wonderful experience while in Bali! There was not a moment during our 4 night stay that me and my girlfriend were not cared for! The most impeccable service worth every dollar. Our accommodations was the Butler Valley Private Pool Villa in which we stayed in the most beautiful room with everything we would need at our reach. Every time I walked into my room I wanted to take a dip in our pool. The restaurant located on campus was the best food we’ve had while in Bali. We actually preferred to dine in the resort for breakfast and dinner several days during our stay…they offered many activities but unfortunately I could not do them all. We did fortunately try a couples massage in which we were so relaxed after a 20 hour flight, we nearly slept during the massages. Lastly, this stay along with the people here will forever be in our hearts and memories, as they held a beautiful private dinner for my and my girlfriend in which I also to the opportunity to make her my fiancée! The staff were even more amazing when we mentioned we were waking up at 4am to leave on a tour for a temple, they even prepared small breakfast pastries to take on our trip. There is not enough ways to say thank you to all the individuals who made our stay a wonderful experience, I really mean that! I hope this review come close to showing my gratitude!

Outstanding resort.

This resort was excellent! The service was fantastic. The food was great. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. The views from the restaurant were amazing. Every detail was handled to perfection. I highly recommend.

Just a little complain

Very nice hotel, the pictures really describes the Beauty of the place. Staff es amazing, the food delicious. The rooms are ext really comfortable. My only complain is because my Villa was just Located next to a construction (maybe is part of the same hotel) an it was really noisy. The workers was all day using the hammer; diferent tools an the noise was a lot. Also they were standing in the roof and taking pictures and videos to the hotel an it was very unconfortable having workers around taking pictures. This place is supossed to be a relax place while you can enjoy and be in touch with the nature not with the noise of a building.

Vi var rigtig glade for vores opholdt. Alt spillede. Super service og spa faciliteter. Vi havde en gæst på besøg en dag og der var de også meget velkommen. Maden og drikke var også virkelig godt. Alt i alt super godt opholde. Eneste bemærkning er, at der var en smule fugtigt på værelset da vi kom pga. regnen.

There’s so much to say about this lovely place and all of the wonderful staff that works here. We came here for our honeymoon and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we wanted and more. Back in the states, I worry about being an inconvenience to the staff, however you can tell that the staff here WANTS to help you. From the moment we walked into our room, they had decorated it with flower petals and made sure we had the jungle view room (as we kindly requested). It was beautiful and they truly made us feel like King and Queen. I don’t usually write reviews, I’m usually a silent watcher, but I had the best experience here and felt like I just had to share! :)
