There is a night shift staff member called Osama who goes above and beyond to help, he personally drove me to the pharmacy to get some travel sickness medicine late in the night. One of the highlights was how smoothly they arranged our airport transportation — it took a lot of stress out of our travel plans and showed their commitment to excellent service. The hotel itself was clean, cozy, and conveniently located, making it a perfect base for exploring Jordan. Das Hotel hat im Prinzip alles, was ein 4Sterne Hotel haben sollte. ( Lift, Safe, Spa...) Leider ist Zustand des Hotels trotzdem wenig einladend. Besonders unangenehm ist das penetrane Getuchsgemisch aus Rauch und anderer unerfreulicher Gerüche. Die Betten sind sehr kurz. Einzig das Frühstück ist in Ordnung.

The incredible staff make this hotel a 10/10! We booked an airport pickup/drop-off service for an additional charge, and it was absolutely worth it. The drivers were extremely friendly and provided great advice on exploring the city. The hotel is just a 5-10 minute walk to King Abdullah Mosque and a 5-10 minute drive to the old city downtown. I highly recommend booking the hotel's drivers not only for airport transfers but also for sightseeing. The team was incredibly helpful in getting us to all of our destinations. (Thank you to Umar, Ibrahem and the team!) We even had a last-minute issue where we needed to extend our stay, but the hotel was fully booked. The manager personally took us to his office and recommended similar accommodations nearby, ensuring we were taken care of. Overall, a fantastic stay at Kaya Hotel—I highly recommend it! I will definitely stay here if I return to Jordan.
