Blinking light in room that never turned off all night and the shower rod was barely hanging on the wall. The shower head leaked everywhere and cracks in the walls. Pool was shut down.

I had seen online where other travelers had booked a room expecting to be able to use a pool and a hot tub. I called the motel directly and was assured that the pool and hot tub was in perfect working order. When I arrived several days later to check in the pool and the hot tub was out of order. The guy at the desk recognized me as the one who had called. I told him we were going to need to cancel because we wanted the pool and hot tub. He said no problem. I will take care of everything. That was six days ago. My card was charged for a room that was never checked into and I have yet to see a refund. Buyer beware.

The pool and hot tub were not working and we were not told that till we checked in. Our door lock was broken and anytime we wanted to lock the room or get into the room we had to ask the manager for his key. We ordered a double queen room, and there was just one single bed in the room and to rectify this they went and retrieved the worst pullout ever imaginable. Breakfast was also subpar. There was no workout room even though on their website, they said there was.
