Great hotel for a low cost. You check in and check out yourself, so I didn't have any interactions with staff. Room was a good size, especially for Europe. Hotel room was clean and you can control the room temp. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and bars. It's also near parks and a botanical garden. I'd definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Good location, a few minute walk to metro. Very secure building in a safe area. Room was functional, but could have done with a TV, but wouldn’t put me off staying again. No kettle, you can ask at reception for one and there is a shared kitchen with good facilities.

Amazing value for money, Citybox is a beautiful hotel with a luxurious designer feel. The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen/dining/chillout area in the lobby is so handy with microwaves and fridges to store your food. The location is superb, in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just a 15 to 20 minute walk or a quick metro/tram ride to the centre of the city and its attractions. Lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets close by. It was the ideal retreat to return to at the end of a day's sightseeing. Highly recommended and we cannot wait to return!

Super concept! Everything worked well and was clean. Especially we appreciated the opportunity to heat up food with the microwave as well as the provided plates and cutlery in the common area. There are also some board games and a ping pong table. The room was very modern and spacious. We used the early check-in and the luggage storage. Everything very uncomplicated. Can 100% recommend!
