Do not stay here!!!!! I was afraid to leave my stuff in the room. We found two crack torches under the bed. The rooms have not been dusted in years. I asked for 2 queens and got a full. The owner was extremely rude. She called the police on another customer because they asked for the deposit back. And the police kicked her (the customer) out. I’m pretty sure this lady steals guests money. One of the good reviews that this lady posted in her window to brag was “it’s always an adventure when you stay here.” That adventure isn’t a good one.

I made my reservation and when I got there they told me thy were full. So I had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. That was terrible because I had travel 6 hours and all I wanted was to rest and I had to make so many calls 'til I could find other hotel. There were more people complaining for the same reason.

The whole place is very sketchy. There is no lobby and transactions go through a metal pass through below a window. They charge a cash deposit because they supposedly cannot refund it on a card. There is no atm. This information should be clearly stated because most people do not carry cash these days. The rude woman behind the glass told me, over the sound of traffic just a few feet away, that I did know about the cash deposit.

The area is not bad. They charge you a $40 CASH deposit but only return $30 because they take $10 for housekeeping, but they never come. I stayed 2 days. They have a long list of DO NOT's, for instance, if you don't take out your own trash, you dont get your deposit back. If you dont return the one key they give you, they say no deposit. The room was not properly cleaned. Food was still in refrigerator, used soap in the tub and hair. There was a big hole in the wall in the bath room. My key stopped working,so she took my key and never gave me

There were hookers, people using needles and roaches everywhere. So we did not check in and when we called hotels.com to report they said they will not refund. Paid thru another hotel to stay for our work trip. I have booked 20k in rooms in the last year and I am making all accounts something else based on their customer support comments of “that’s not a problem grow up and be a man” this has been censored since they rejected the words of their own people being shared.

I never stayed at the hotel. No one answered at the check in location, when hotels.com called the hotel no one answered. And I have been denied a refund from the hotel. Why? This is the worse experience I have ever had with a hotel and booking agent. I will never use hotels.com again

The whole experience! Thai place was disgusting and we didn’t stay. Staff was not pleasant at all, room wasn’t what it was supposed to be. We had a “kitchen room” booked and their kitchen was a small fridge and microwave. Not at all like the picture. Sheets, bedspread and towels were all stained. And as we were leaving cause there was no way we were gonna stay, there was a drug deal at the bottom of our stairs!! This place gave you guys a horrible reputation …..I’d not allow it on my sight unless you want people to book at places that look like they rent by the hour. It was disgusting.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at check-in was horrible. They would not accept credit cards. Only took cash for deposits got to the room. It's nothing is pictured dresser broke in room was disgusting, front door would not lock? I had to put a furniture in front of it. The bathroom door would not close and lock. There was no toilet paper or towels.\n Then the maintenance guy came in right after I took my suitcases in and decided it was time to work on the room with the manager.
