Nous avons été très déçu de notre réservation. Ce n’est pas du tout ce à quoi on s’attendait. Ce n’est pas comme sur les photos. C’est une petite chambre minuscule. C’est bien situé mais ce n’est pas bien insonorisé et le bruit du passage de la rue et de la construction nous are I réveillé toute la nuit. On y retrouvais aussi un climatiseur portatif et qui était lui aussi très bruyant. Le lit était confortable. La salle de bain était correct. Bref, c’est pas mieux qu’un 3 étoiles.

Está súper cerca de todos los sitios importantes, se puede llegar caminando a ellos al igual que a la terminal. El personal es muy amable y pude dejar mis maletas antes del check in y después del check out, así tuve oportunidad de visitar otros sitios y tener resguardado mi equipaje ☺️

Worth the money we paid for.

The room is clean, staff were friendly, although the bathroom is a bit small but for the price we paid is just ok. It's near and accessible to most of the attraction, train station and restaurants. It's right at the centre of Rome. Highly recommended.

Really good location you can walk to the colloseum and Vatican and other big areas. Close to metros and main rome train station. Room was very tiny, and smelled like sewage in the bathroom. Check in process was bad we had to wait outside the door for 30 minutes and I think the front desk guy was busy or sleeping and we had to bang on the door and wait for 30 mins to get him to come to the desk. Great value for the price, you get what you pay for, would suggest this place for folks on a budget, without any expectations for a nice place, this can be considered a place to stay on a budget

It’s served it’s purpose as a place to stay but I was very unhappy when I arrived. It’s in a complex of other flats for the locals which wasn’t an issue but is not in the description of the property. The lights as you walk in were flickering which didn’t fill me with much joy. The rooms are a lot smaller than expected but our room was clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. However we had to buy our own toilet paper as the staff leave the property after 3pm so we had no chance to ask them for some as we had tours planned for our trip. Overall it was okay but I was a bit disappointed.

Cute little B&B, you get a keychain with multiple keys as there are multiple doors with locks to get through - but it’s easy and feels safe. Several cafes below the B&B make for quick and easy snacks. Front desk spoke limited English but the main housekeeping lady was fluent and very sweet. Remember that you need to pay a €20 tax and it’s cash only!

Musty and smelled like cigarettes

The room was not as shown in pictures. TINY room that smelled like cigarettes. Poor ventilation with a loud air conditioner that was quite weak. It served it's purpose as a 1 night stay and was at a good location.

2 nights stay in Rome

The accommodation is close to Collosseum (10min walk), the rooms were clean, bright and nicely furnished. Comfy beds, nice shower. The only thing that I'd recommend to change was the Air Conditioning, as that is an older type and extremely noisy. I could not sleep well as it was right next to my head under the window. Sounded like a noisy car :) . Please change that so others will not experience the same. Everything else was fantastic and the person who checked us in was super nice and helpful. Thank you !
