Un tres agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cet hôtel. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien aménagée. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et varié, avec des options pour tous les goûts. Le dîner sur le rooftop a été un vrai coup de cœur : ambiance très agréable, cadre charmant et personnel attentif. Une belle adresse que je recommande sans hésiter !

Very glad we stayed at the Hotel Platinum!

We had a lovely welcome to the hotel. The room was gorgeous, clean. The view out the front was the ocean!! But when we opened the side curtain, we saw an area that might have been a dump… so we closed that curtain. Had buffet dinner at sunset on the rooftop deck that was perfect. Had free welcome drinks. The next morning we ate breakfast near the lobby. Both buffets had wonderful selections and the servers could not have been more polite. I would return to the Hotel Platinum again!

Great ocean view room

Staying 2 nights at the ocean view room floor 7, the view from the balcony was spectacular. Rooftop bar was excellent too. Walkable distance to the beach and many seafood resto just in front of the hotel. The downside is the resto closed until midnight, so the noise from the resto, fireworks, dogs barking can be heard from the room. Have a bit difficulty opening the door of the hotel room, a bit tricky, the hotel should fix it. But overall it was a great stay.

One of the best

This was one of the best hotel stays I have experienced. From the minute we stepped in the door the service was exceptional. Every member of the team went out of their way to make our stay a great experience. The location is super, right on the beach. The food was great, especially the buffet breakfast. The room was amazing with a great view along the coast. Five stars all 'round.

Great hotel, great location

Very well located hotel with easy access to the beach and to the airport. Room very comfortable with an ocean view. A bit noisy as the beach front is very animated in the evening. Wonderful staff. Amazing choice at the buffet for breakfast.

If you look at the place as a lower grade 3 star, you will be satisfied. The aircon failed in our room, which is totally understandable to me. Our chosen room had large corner windows facing the ocean. The only available room was an “upgrade” to a suite. The main room had a small window facing the ocean. However the bedroom was windowless and down right creepy. It was too late in the evening to bother arguing, so we accepted it. No refund or compensation was offered except, I kid you not, a piece of cake. I could only laugh but I would avoid the place in the future. As throughout Bali, the staff was kind and tried hard but it would appear management was totally uninterested in helping. This was my second trip to Jimbaran and I’m sad to say the beach is still strewn with garbage, plastic and worse from the sea.

The best hotel in Jimbaran

We are originally from Melbourne, Australia, and are currently enjoying a family holiday in Indonesia. We had a wonderful stay at the Platinum Hotel. The room was nice, clean, and tidy, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast. All the roomboys, stood out with their exceptional kindness, making our stay even more enjoyable. The view, it was spectacular, Ocean View Premier Room. The service was exceptional; all the staff were friendly and very helpful. The management team was also very approachable. Every time I visit Bali, I will definitely stay here again. It was a five-star experience!
