Such a nice place! It’s a shame that it was only one night! The apartment is very spacious, clean and close to everything. The host was a very nice lady, friendly and professional. I would fully recommend this place.

We had a large space as we’d booked the loft which we enjoyed. Bed was comfortable. Would have appreciated better shower pressure and the opportunity to recycle waste. They have quiet hours which for the most part guests followed. It is near the main road / petrol station so if your a light sleeper it’s maybe not for you.

Great news place to rest your head

The Neighborhood is a great place to stay in Franchooek. I’ve stayed here twice-once with my brother and once with my husband and son. The accommodations are stylish and in great condition, and the location near the wine tram can’t be beat. You can walk there and to several stores and restaurants. It’s easy to get in, and we stored our bags after checkout both times without any issues.

Great welcome and hospitality, comfortable setup right in the center of Franschhoek. Even accommodated a slightly later check-out. Very comfortable and well-equipped, just the bathroom could be slightly better designed but overall will definitely return and recommend!

Great value

We booked last minute and as the price was lower than other options was not sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Very spacious loft apartment with a great bed and lovely bathroom. As we were there only 1 night didn't use the well appointed kitchen. Sofa was comfortable and it was close to the center of town. Great bakery next door as well as the supermarket across the street. I would definitely stay there again.
