This little inn turned out to be great. I wish there was an elevator, but at least someone else carried our bags to the 3rd floor. The room was large, the a/c and shower worked fine, the rooftop ( a few stairs above 3rd floor) was excellent and on par with some of the other ‘pyramids hotels’ in Giza. Breakfast was ok, you could either sit in glassed in room with a/c or out in the open. Coffee was great. I loved that they had a dinner menu for our first jetlagged night and of course a view of the pyramids. Mohammed the manager was helpful to plan your stay and ask if you needed a private driver. All in all , cerycomdoetable. I loved it!.

Title: Stunning Pyramid Views & Exceptional Service! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at The Palace Pyramids Inn was outstanding. The location is unbeatable: within walking distance to the Pyramids and only a 5-minute drive from the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM). What we loved: The View: Our balcony had a perfect, direct view of the Pyramids—absolutely magical. The Room: Extremely clean, well-maintained, and very spacious with a large bathroom and shower. Dining: Great breakfast and an extensive menu for other meals. Staff: The team was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. If you are looking for a comfortable stay with a world-class view, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

This hotel has an amazing view of the pyramids off it’s roof, the room was clean and tidy serviced every day, staff were very helpful arranging taxis and airport transfers for me. There is a shop next to the hotel. On the down side no lift in the hotel so stairs to the second floor every day, hot water appears limited showers were warm at best. It was very noisy at bight with traffic hooting and beeping most of the night. Not much to do around the hotel so needed a driver every night.

Very pleased with this hotel and staff. The room was comfortable, with a balcony area and accessible to the upstairs outdoor area which gives stunning views of the pyramids. The service we received was excellent. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. 100/10.

Room is spotless and sheets are so clean. Service is impeccable especially Nour and Farha they made me feel at home. Breakfast is delicious and fresh! I would stay here every time I go to Egypt

The rooms aren’t 100% properly depicted. There is no elevator by law and the wifi doesn’t work properly. You do get a pyramids view but you also have a view of a landfill not seen online. It is also extremely loud all night with no mention of that in the reviews. There is mold in the bathroom and a very pungent odour that was so bad we had to leave. We tried communicating this health hazard to the hotel staff and hotels.com website but they refused to refund us the remaining 3 nights stay we had because their policy is non refundable despite it being a severe health hazard and having pictures to document and prove it. They just offered us a bigger room with the exact same issue and said there is no issue.
