I think it's because of the college that the prices of hotel stays are high. So if you don't want to pay an arm and a leg for a place to sleep and shower this is the place for you. It met our needs at a price we could afford. Under the circumstances I would recommend this hotel.

Room was old, musty, and there was mold in the bathroom. The tiles in the bathroom were majorly cracked and made you feel as though you would fall through the floor. The towels are old and dingy and much to my surprise, a 4-5” pocket knife fell out of the towel I grabbed to dry off. If you prefer a clean place, this isn’t the one.

The carpet in the room was disgusting, I did not walk around without shoes. There was mold in the bathroom, where the ceiling met the wall. The comforters had stains on them and the table and dresser did not look like they had been wiped down. The shower curtain was too short and water just poured out of the shower. The toilet seat had exposed wood and the toilet paper holders were broken, the paper fell off the first time I tried to use it. The microwave and bathtub were clean.
