What stood out about this property was the kind, helpful staff. Our flight to Hanoi was delayed for a few hours, and staff kept in touch and stayed (very) late so we could check in. The gave us a late checkout, and then the owner provided shuttle service (for a nominal fee) to bring us to the airport. The room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable.
