Every staff member I encountered with was very friendly. Room was clean, I enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast was good, coffee wasn’t the greatest but that would not keep me from staying here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. My one complaint is that the hotel has a posted notice that the water is not safe to drink my infants due to the high level of nitrates, and yet they wanted to charge $2 for a bottle of water. This seems like an easy accommodation to offer one or two free bottles of water to each guest.

Big spacious room, comfortable bed. The pool and whirlpool looked wonderful (but I was too tired to use them!) Best of all was an amazing breakfast buffet of eggs, potatoes, sausage patties, waffles, and biscuits and gravy. Loved the food!!

Staff was the best-- we requested a room change because there was a very noisy little dog right next door to our (adjoining) room and our dogs were not thrilled. They were very accommodating and quickly moved us to a different room that allowed our stay/evening to be much quieter and for us to get a good night's sleep given we had a long drive next day.
Rooms and hotel itself a little dated, but that is OK-- it was very clean, and plus we had our pups with us.
