Close to everything and worth your money

The apartment was very nice and big, we were 4 adults in the family room and that worked great. Big nice toilet and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen have everything you need and check in with the app was smooth. The apartment could have been cleaned a bit better before arrival, and that brings down the overall rating a bit. There was also a very weird smell in the apartment, not sure what it was. But nothing that bothered us too much but if you’re sensitive this is not ideal. It’s super central and you have everything within walking distance which was very nice.

Super clean and modern apartment in a historical building. The self-check in process was easy and the team were proactive in their communication. The studio was really well located and close to the center and old town. As other reviewers have stayed, the bed was quite uncomfortable, but I did manage to sleep so all is well. There's a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, oven, stove, dishwasher, even a seperate freezer) and a in-unit washing machine. I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this property dozens of nights over time, which is why this visit felt particularly disappointing. One ongoing issue is the check-in process. For returning guests it feels unnecessarily bureaucratic. Each time I arrive I am required to provide the same information again, sign the agreement, complete the inventory, pay the deposit, send a copy of my passport, and even submit a photo of myself. For someone who has stayed here many times, repeating the entire process on every visit is quite frustrating and makes the arrival experience unnecessarily complicated. Unfortunately, this stay also had more serious problems. Strong cigarette smoke entered the apartment, which negatively affected the indoor air quality and overall comfort of the stay. I reported the issue, but it was not resolved during my visit. In addition, cooking smells from other apartments were noticeable, and during the night noise from the neighboring unit could clearly be heard through the bedroom wall. On a positive note, the apartment itself was clean and generally well maintained. However, due to the air quality issues, noise, and the repeated administrative process for returning guests, this particular stay was a disappointment compared to my previous experiences here.
