Excellent hotel overall, couldn’t fault it for comfort, cleanliness, value and location. It was well worth adding on breakfast as it kept us going most of the day, it was a great choice of buffet. There isn’t any concierge help as such, the receptionist checking us in did not answer in much detail any questions (we were the only people in reception) but the Wien travel app is really good once you have worked out ticket purchase and direction. Bar, restaurant and housekeeping staff was very good. I would highly recommend the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Arcotel AQ. The room was large and comfortable, perfectly clean. The gym contains all the equipment you need for a good workout. The breakfast was great quality with a wide range of hot and cold food and drink. It is situated near a metro station and a tram station with easy access to the centre. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel’s location is okay, the bed was comfortable and the receptionist was very nice. We didn’t like the cleaning, we literally found the cleaning tools on top of our stuff. We were also asking to fillup the shower gel, that was empty since the day we arrived, we asked for slippers that were not available and dental kits. Basically nothing was provided, you need to ask for everything. It took them so much time to bring what we asked for. The service was very slow. For that price, we expected a better service!!

The hotel itself was very clean, bed comfortable, and quite spacious. The only addition which would have been beneficial would have been a mini fridge, as my room did not have one. It was nice to have the addition of the gym, which was very clean, and had well maintained equipment. The location of the hotel was convenient, with public transport links, shops, and restaurants nearby. However, it was also not far to walk into the main centre. Staff were helpful although my interactions with them were limited. Overall I would highly recommend!

Comfy bed and comforters. Room in nice condition. Didn’t really like the open shower as water goes out everywhere in the “bathroom” + it’s very cold to get out of it. Was a bit difficult to find the staff in the reception area at times, as they are seated behind a curtain most of the time. But overall a good place to stay.

L’hotel si trova in buona posizione, silenzioso, piccola palestra molto utile. In camera mancavano i prodotti per i capelli, corpo ecc, ho dovuto richiedere alla reception. Pulizia in camera, anche sé richiesta tutti i giorni, era inesistente. Dopo una giornata di camminata, arrivare in camera e trovare come l’ho lasciata, era veramente spiacevole . Colazione discreta, quase sempre le stesse cose, va bene per 2 notti, dopo inizia ad essere insoddisfatto. Secondo me non di categoria 4 stelle, e sì di un 3 stelle e la pulizia darei 0
