No access to the room for over 2 hours as the code provided did not work. Customer service slow and could not find a solution. Same thing repeated for 3 days where I had to wait for someone to give me access to the apartment

False advertising and missold - avoid this company! Honestly a nightmare company, so difficult to use their app. Demand a strict multi step check in process with many different uploads, verification, personal details that other companies don't ask, etc. On top of this, the property advertised (rooftop apartment) isn't what's listed. They refused to give any reasonable compensation for that too, so clearly they're out to scam people. Honestly if this wasn't near my office, I would never have booked.

Rent værelse og høflig personale på lokationen. Armaturet på badeværelset var i meget dårlig stand og svært, at bruge - det var meget svært, at åbne og det larmede. Håndtagene - især på badeværelsesdøren - larmede også en hel del.

Was not in the block requested and promised and there was no microwave for my 5 night stay despite my deluxe apartment listed as having one. Nor were management willing to resolve after I informed them. Would not use this property again. Too impersonal with no dedicated reception. Just some stranger at the end of the phone who shows no accountability. Dreadful!!

Hervorragend ist die sehr zentrale Lage und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Für vier Personen war das Appartement beengt und bietet daher auch wenig Ablageflächen, insb für nasse Handtücher. Für einen Aufenthalt von wenigen aber ausreichend. Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Our third trip using this place. This time i got a room at first floor facing the street. There are noise from the people outside having a good time. (at 23.30 the last of them is gone). There are noises from the garbage collection at night. This flat do not fit for people that cant handle the heat in summer time because it gets very hot here. You do not choose this flat if a view of any kind is something you want. But for me and my family that do not care about the above and value the location for its nice price and its easy access to several subway connections it has great value. Also it is a great place to many fine places by foot. There is shops of all kinds and nice places to eat at no walk time at all. The communication with BOB W using chat solved an issue at no time at all (from i typed into chat it took less than 2 minutes for a person solving my problem. ofc that was a bit of luck since personel was at place when i typed message, but it left a nice smile on me.

Unfortunately, the check-in experience was not smooth. The trip started off with no access to the access code to get into the hotel through the application. It said that we needed to pay for the stay before getting the code, which we already did. We contacted a member of their team who got us the code. Once checking in, there was no toilet paper in the room, no hand soap, the shower door was broken, the water in the sink in the bathroom was so hot it would burn your hands. The second bed which was supposed to be a pull out couch in the main room was two cushions pushed together on the floor. There were silver fish bugs on the floor under the garbage. The room overall was fairly clean and the location was good, however the stay as a whole was lacking.

While the host is fantastic and responsive, the unit has great amenities. However….is excessively loud, when the people stop drinking in the streets (around 11:30/12), the garbage trucks show up, then you hear smashing glass from the recycle trucks, then street cleaners. This went on all three nights until 5am. We wore earplugs and took nytol but could not sleep. Location is fantastic and if you can handle very little sleep, then it’s a great place. (There was a heat wave so with no air conditioning we had to keep the windows open)

We thought the location was fabulous! Tons of amenities close at hand, access to the underground and really central to go to many attractions. We even spoke with a staff who was originally from Italy and she was so lovely. It was definitely different from staying at a hotel but we really enjoyed.

Excelente ubicacion y muy buen lugar para estancia familiar. A pesar de no tener recepción el servicio de ayuda por whatsapp fue magnifico. Lo unico que podria mejorar es que el departamento del 3er piso acumula mucho calor y humedad con lo que un mejor sistema de aire acondicionado o ventilación hubiera sido ideal (havia dos ventiladores de torre pequeños)
