Me and my wife stayed one night. Airport shuttle was 25min later than we were told arrival would be. It was 20 degrees outside so that was unpleasant. Not the drivers fault. There was a miscommunication because the driver shuttles for 3 total hotels, not just Hyatt exclusively and the lines were unusually long to get into the pick up lanes. We got in very late due to airline cancelations. When we checked in, we looked outside the window and saw a random guy in the back parking lot tugging on door handles. It was not maintenance or security. We didn't arrive in a car so we weren't specifically concerned, but still reported it to the front desk. We were placed on the 5th floor which half of the floor was under construction. The room was 65 degrees when we got in and had a funky smell. Tried to turn the heat on when we went to bed and it got down to 59. Needless to say, we had to cuddle up to keep warm. Apparently the thermostat was not communicating with the wall unit. A maintenance man had to come in and fix it the next morning. The lobby was messy, the furniture in the lobby and I'm the rooms is dated/worn, but the breakfast was great. The front desk ladies were very nice too. The best thing about the place was the breakfast. I expected more from Hyatt. We received no compensation for the inconveniences.
