Very spacious duplex apartment - ample room for sleeping and dining. Helpful staff who always responded promptly to my messages. Everything was very clean and well-equipped. The bathroom could do with a bit of refreshing but was clean and today. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Property is unassuming from outside, but once inside the main door, it leads to an apartment building. We had difficulty with unlocking our assigned room electronic key, it was quite a stressful 30min, but luckily the staff helped us out by resetting the key from remote site. Apartment was very spacious, newly renovated, kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms were good size. Property is close to the shopping area and attractions. I will stay there again in future if needed.

The flat was very well furnished, decorated and clean but had a bad case of damp where paint and wall paper were peeling and there was a slight smell. Toilet gets a bit messy after a shower but there is a mop to hand to help manage the wet floor.

The location is great and property was specious. However, the bedding was missing. We had covers for 3 people and had 4. There were no extra bed sheets, pillows or covers. The property was not cleaned well and the only bathroom sink was clogged. We opened the pullout couch to check if there is an extra bedding and it was covered in food crumbs. This property needs a good cleanup.

The apartments are excellent, however on the night we arrived the code they give did not let us into the apartment .we were lucky that we had another couple with us and their code worked . I definitely would not go back to a place that has no reception. The contact no was not helpful.

A very nice apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The interior was decorated with nice furniture and much attention to detail in the choice of lamps, colour on the walls and wallpaper etc. However, we had a few serious problems… Difficulty to make the entrance codes to work. We had to call the reception several times, many times without reply, to get help to enter. The kitchen was very badly equipped. If you are planning to make a longer stay and cook you own meals, you would be having big problems. Also, the freezer was completely filled with ice and the drawers had been broken when trying to open them, so we could not use it.

Loved Seville the city and the property was at a great location. The building was beautiful with lively colors bringing the true aura of Spain. However we had some issues trying to get into the property. But after some effort we were successfully able to get in. The guest bathroom was flooding upon taking a shower and therefore we were unable to use it. we had booked the property for 8 people (2 families) and were stuck with all using one bathroom to shower. Secondly, when booking the property we were told that there would be a washer and dryer available to be able to do laundry. There was no dryer on site, nor was there a drying rack to dry clothes. We had to end up paying for a laundry service offsite...which cost us an additional €60. And finally - there were ants in the corner of one of the rooms adjacent to the kitchen.

Overall, it was an OK stay. For those who are planning to book this property, Uber and taxis cannot go to the exact location of the property. We had to drag our luggage across paved but not smooth road for about 5 minutes. In terms of the apartment itself, the toilet bowl looked as if it had not been cleaned in a long time. I sent a photo to the host. There were lots of long black hair all over the floor (as had been mentioned by others on their reviews for this property). No paper towel, no Kleenex (tissue), no dishtowel, and no dish soap. We did not cook so we managed OK with this situation. Our apartment was on the main floor, and the bedroom wall was right next to a sideroad. There was a lot of noise in the evening and night.

Stayed in the two room duplex. Access via coded doors great and convenient, bit late sending over online check in. I was on a train to Cordoba when I received so it wasn't an issue, had time to complete and get door codes before arrival - could have been different if I'd arrived by plane. Property issue. Dodgy window adjacent to stairs with sticker on saying do not use, obviously broken looking at the hinges on right opener. 2nd floor guests drinking, socialising on terrace outside being noisy, not accomodation fault, clearly says after 10pm is quiet time, they were not, young sons bedroom window right next to where they were gathered, broken window to stairs didn't help stop noise. Toilet - not fixed down, cistern not fixed to the wall - never seen this before! Toilet accessed via bedroom...build a stud wall to separate with a door to bedroom. Balcony doors - all missing pin locks so didn't shut properly, very noisy at night because of this. Curtains in main bedroom, useless, street light opposite, room lit up all night. Decorating, paint splashes not cleaned off, fridge not moved to paint next to it. Kitchen - bin door hinges need fixing. Door to apartment building slams loudly, not great at night, floor slide bolts broken. Bed comfy, pillows rubbish. Location ok, wrong side of La Setas but I needed the space more than a prime location. Could be much better - small low cost issues to fix.
