Open air concept for toilet and shower area both delightful and disappointing. Large planters with plants provide excellent privacy, however a bit of nature (insects) were also present. Plumbing issue with shower drain was not address during 1 week stay. Staff was absolutely as friendly as could be. Room service (cleaning) was top notch with luxurious linens and a very welcoming bed. We were on the 4th floor. Lots of street noise early in evening even with windows closed.

Amazing hotel. Just be prepared for some noisy environment as there are a lot of restaurants and therefor lots of activities going on around the hotel. But its super cozy, centrally located and the staff is just always ready to help! I would stay there again

I give this hotel 2 stars as locations was good, across from “Calle de la buena mesa” and close to many places and malls. However if you are looking for a place to rest this is just not it, since you can hear a needle falling on the side walk from the third floor (where I stayed) the noise will wake you up at 6:30 am when the down stairs restaurant opens and they drag the chairs, and and you can hear it as if is happening in your room. Rooms are spacious but bed is not too comfortable either, and bathrooms can use a bit of better cleaning, i had this booked for 10 days and had to leave on my 4 night as I really needed to have a good night sleep, so ended up moving to a different hotel. They refused a refund or any help for that matter. Overall, if you like me work remotely or want to rest this is not the place in Manila. I have stayed in other ones around the area that had been a better experience.

Wow este Hotel es muy lindo y está cerca de muchos restaurantes de todo tipo y para complacer a todos los paladares. Es un poco ruidoso por la noche pero luego de más 12:00 de la medianoche todo está en calma, es un ruido soportable y nosotros viajamos con niños y la pasamos muy bien. Incrível! Amamos esse hotel e com certeza quero voltar mais vezes!! Serviço e atendimento ótimos, muito confortável também. Está em uma região muito conveniente com vários bares, restaurantes, etc. O unico ponto negativo foi que a jacuzzi e o terraço estavam fechados pra reforma, e como esse é um atrativo do hotel, acho que seria bom ter sido avisada disso antes.

A good place to stay, though there’s always room for improvement. The toilet had a loose part—I couldn’t tell if it was meant to be that way or if it was broken, but it worked. They need to improve their cocktail-making skills. The air conditioning should be turned on before guests arrive in the room. The staff was very friendly. There are some excellent restaurants within walking distance (Idílico and Mamasita). The Guatapé tour is 100% recommended.
