Room was very big, modern and clean. Very comfortable bed, generally quiet hotel. In the perfect area of downtown Dunedin, walkable to everything! Staff was very accommodating. Wish there were more amenities and they cleaned the rooms more often during the stay. I would stay there again!

Very beautiful property, very clean rooms and large rooms. Water bottles in the room, nice floors in the room…no carpeting, which I like. Pool area was clean but small. Coffee and a few snacks in the lobby in the morning. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
