Good Design Poor Service

Stylishly designed boutique hotel. As a couple, we especially try to prefer boutique businesses. The owner has made a beautiful design for this hotel, the elegance of the rooms is at the forefront, but there are serious problems in the field of service. The most important difference of boutique hotel is friendly service and warmth. But unfortunately there was not. There were hygiene problems in the bathroom. Finally, breakfast was below expectations. A successful hotel in terms of investment, weak in terms of operation.

Coastline’dan çok memnun kaldık. Hem plaja hem de her tür restorana, taksi durağına, markete rahatça ulaşabileceğiniz merkezi bir konuma sahip ve otelin alt katı da cafe olarak hizmet veriyor, akşamları ise kokteylleriyle tercih ediliyor. Yani hem çevresi hem de otelin girişi oldukça canlı. Biz bu konuda herhangi bir rahatsızlık yaşamadık. Rahatsız edici seviyede veya geç saatlere kadar devam eden bir gürültü olmadı. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar son derece kibar ve ilgiliydi. Otel son derece bakımlı. İki farklı odada kaldık, ikisi de tertemiz ve konforluydu. Önce kaldığımız standart oda, daha sonra kaldığımız deniz manzaralı odadan daha genişti, hatta genişliğine şaşırdık. Her oda aynı olmayabilir. Deniz manzaralı odanın ise aydınlık olması güzeldi. Pencelerin açılabilmesi çok kullanışlı. Ödünç alabileceğiniz askılık ve ütü masası bulunuyor. Herhangi bir eksiğimiz olmadı, kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
