Drew was able to hold our bags for us when we arrived in LA in the morning. When we retuned to check in later in the afternoon, we were assigned room 101. Due to its location, Do Not accept this room if you can. The room itself was fine, although only shampoo provided, no hair conditioner, and when you check in, you have to request.a hair dryer, if you need one, again not a big deal, just an FYI. I’m not sure how many men, at least 2, were outside our room repeatedly opening and closing building door (it’s very loud), hitting (or doing something to) the vending machines outside our room and talking very loudly It went in from about 9pm until 11:30pm. When other guests arrived later on, we could hear their conversations outside our room and down the hall. It’s fine for a 1 night visit if you have an event near by (which we did), but I wouldn’t recommend a stay longer than 2 days. When we checked out this morning, the front office was closed. There was a sign saying the office would reopen at 9:00am.

Worst experience ever on hotels.com We arrived at 12:30am after a 14 hour international flight to a prepaid room. We were told the staff had gone home for the night and they could not provide us with any room as the only staff on property was what seemed to be a singular teenage “security guard”and he was not able to check in guests. We were told the staff member in charge of the front desk and office could not be disturbed and we would be provided no where to stay and no refund. We were stranded with no where to go in the middle of the night. The hotel btw looks nothing like the pictures and seems to be a drugged out homeless hotel. I’m literally thinking of suing the MOTEL def not a hotel. Thankfully im a Hilton member and they were able to find me a room by around 3am our entire next day was ruined hundreds of dollars lost and wasted no refund or apology not to mention im disabled and have a late stage illness the entire thing made me flare from my illness and I spent most of the trip sick. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

Sketchy location, have live in tenants on property.Tenants smoking cigarettes in hallways which apparently is acceptable considering there are ash trays in the hallway, soo gross. Surrounding buildings had questionable people around.

Clean room and wifi. Staff was friendly enough. Nothing stood out. The walls are thin here so I wouldn't expect a quiet night if the neighbors are up. There's also no way to get back into your room at night if you lock yourself out (which I did).

Room was okay, clean. It backed up to the alley and there were homeless people living in the alley. They were loud late into the night. Then one morning they played loud music at 7am. Didn’t get good sleep at this hotel.

The room had no smoke detector only wires hanging from the ceiling and the exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn’t hooked up or just didn’t work had to go to front desk to ask for ice given two very small bags. While the room seemed to be recently remodeled the bed and bedding wasn’t comfortable at all and while not near the freeway was extremely noisy. But I really have no idea how this room could pass inspection without a smoke detector installed seems to be a dangerous situation too me

My stay was overall decent if you’re just looking for a place to sleep and not planning to spend much time in the room. When I checked in, the front desk experience was mixed. Two staff members were not very welcoming and didn’t greet me, which didn’t feel great after traveling. However, one staff member was kind, acknowledged me, and took care of my needs — I really appreciated her professionalism. The room itself was simple. The bed was low to the ground, and there was no dresser or closet for storage. The windows have a stained/frosted design, so you can’t really see outside. The neighborhood felt okay. I did like that there’s a McDonald’s next door, which was convenient, and the Bus 3 stop right outside made transportation easy. Overall, it’s a decent place if you just need a basic place to stay and rest, but don’t expect many amenities or a warm welcome from all staff.

O hotel é simples mas super atende. Funcionários foram atenciosos. Estava bem limpo quando chegamos e a limpeza aconteceu todos os dias que ficamos. O quarto é espaçoso. A localização é ótima, super próximo a venice e Santa Monica.
