Lack of urgency & basic commodities
At first everything seemed ok, until we found out that we had only 2 towels for our 1 week stay, no extra blankets, and the tv wasn't working.
The manager answered calls/texts on the first three days (as I continued to request someone coming to fix the tv). Extra blankets were inside plastic bags "clean" according to manager. But no extra towels were ever supplied and he stopped responding to my requests to please fix the tv.
Manager only urged me to message owner via hotels.com, but no one ever responded.
I'm extremely disappointed for the lack of urgency to fulfill basic requests "included in our stay"; and feel disrespected for not responding past the third day.
