The stay was fine in room 5 but room 3 the toilet wasn't working. The windows don't lock either. Was a bit worrisome. Otherwise good place.

This property was a decent price for a great location. furnishing are nice. Staff is helpful. They say they have an "efficiency kitchen" but the microwave didn't work which meant I could not cook the food I had purchased. No coffee maker and shared coffee isn't available till 9am. There is nothing in the unit such as spoon, plate, glass. There is a restaurant on the property but they will not even loan items so I had to buy dishes, etc. I had gone for surgery so wasn't running around Cancun too much. My unit was the most expensive and had a deck out front but couldn't see out the windows because they were not clean. Also people constantly sat in front of the windows so I didn't enjoy the view much. It's good for what it is...

The location of the property is damn good just across the playa caracol beach and isla mujeros ferry point. But the hotel has limited facilities - no lift, no night checkin, no security, no guards, anybody can walk in at night to your room, and i faced a shower pressure issue throughout my stay which was kinda annoying

Great stay for our 3 nights. We were able to walk to mostly everything & the ferry pier was right outside. Easy access to one of the best beaches. Our room was clean and AC worked very well. The shower drained slow but that was our only issue. Good water pressure and hot water. The check-in and check-out process was very simple and staff was kind. We felt safe due to it being sort of hidden and there were typically military/guards watching the beach outside. I would recommend! Great price for what you get.

Very helpful and nice staff. Water in the shower wasn’t warm for long but that’s about it. Right on the beach and in between 2 good restaurants. Would recommend.

We loved our stay at Las Palmas. Very convenient, walkable distance from main shops and restaurants. Beautiful beach front view, there’s also a delicious seafood restaurant downstairs. We had an amazing time.

Es un hotel pequeño, pero vale la pena hospedarse ahí, muy amables y atentos, en todo momento había comunicación para tener una buena estancia, esta a pie de playa, viaje sola y me senti segura en el hotel lo recomiendo

This is a hidden gem, easily one of the best, most accessible location in hotel zone. Alejandro and David were amazing, they are always willing to help.
