Check-in & check-out was friendly and efficient. General Manager, Aladdin was attentive, courteous and passionate about customer satisfaction. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were specious, clean, comfortable. The shower was spacious, easy to use and had a good pressure. The grounds were attractive and well maintained. Various pools available and all were clean, tidy and appropriately staffed. Good selection of food on offer during the three dining times.

Plus: truly beautiful resort, fantastic beach spot with access to corails, safe, friendly and dedicated staff, many swimming pools well maintained, very fair conditions overall and excellent value. Minus: way too much soliciting on beach (every 5min a salesperson come to you to sell something out of your all-inclusive package (they are the friendliest but do not understand they ruin our stay by harassing us). Some residents really lack manners and respect, can blatantly skip lines or listen loud videos on their phones without headphones, and this impacted mood but to be fair that is not the resort’s responsibility. The upgrade did significantly improve our overall experience, really worth it.

Relaxing stay at the resort

We stayed here for 5 days. We mostly had a nice, relaxing stay. The property is a bit outdated as it was built in 2007 but it's being kept in a nice condition. The aircon doest work peoperly in the rooms, sometimes it just blows air and it's very loud but it doesn't cool the room down at all. Other times it doesn't work at all. There are times when it works too. We asked for a take away breakfast one morning as we had an early start to go diving. We got 2 'sandwiches' each, one of them had a piece of ham in it and nothing else, the other a piece of cheese and nothing else. We also got some sweet pastry and apples. We also both got a mild case of food poisoning the next day (not sure if it was from the breakfast or other food in the resort). From then on we avoided fresh vegetables and fruits as we figured those are being washed with tap water most likely. The staff is very helpful, they try to do what they can to make the guests happy with their stay. The rooms are large, there's a big choice of foods for all 3 meals (it's all inclusive). There are several pools at the resort but they are not shaded at all, which makes it impossible to use them if you don't want to be exposed to direct sun. So overall a great stay even though it might not be 5* in international standards.

Wir sind Mitte in der Nacht im Hotel angekommen und haben einen unsauberen und renovierungsbedurftigen Zimmer erhalten sodass wir in den dazu eingestellten ebenfalls unsauberen und gerosteten Kinderbett nicht einschlafen konnten. Wir haben es reklamiert und haben sofort einen sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Zimmer bekommen. Dann war unser Urlaub gerettet. Personal, Service und und Verpflegung war sonst hervorragend. Wir wurden gerne dort erneut Urlaub machen und das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

À peine arrivés à l’hôtel, nous avons été pris en charge tout de suite. Le personnel de l’accueil est extrêmement sympathique et parle plusieurs langues (merci à Ousama !). Nous avons fait un upgrade pour une chambre avec baignoire jacuzzi : spacieuse, propre et avec une très belle terrasse. Quelques traces de vétusté, mais rien de gênant. Le parc et les piscines sont magnifiques et très bien entretenus, rendant le séjour vraiment agréable. Les piscines “relaxing” sont calmes et il y a très peu d’enfants, un vrai plus ! Côté nourriture, c’est varié et bon pour un all inclusive. Quelques soucis de Wi-Fi vite réglés par l’accueil. Seul bémol : les animateurs pas très impliqués et un peu trop flirteuses/flirteurs meme avec les tres jeunes Pas mal de gens avec des tatouages natio ou n.azi (pas la faute de l’hotel) En résumé, un excellent séjour ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci à tout le personnel, et tout particulièrement à Ousama ! 🌞

Daha ilk girişimizden ayrılışımıza kadar olan süreçte bize çok anlayışlı ve misafirperver davranan resepsiyonist Muhammed, Mazen, Mahmud ve isimini hatırlayamadığımız tüm personele ve otel yönetimine çok teşekkürler. Burayı kesinlikle yakınlarıma tavsiye edeceğim.

Sehr gutes All-inclusive Ressort in Makadi Bay, außerhalb von Hurghada. Bei Selbstbuchung unbedingt Transfer vom Flughafen vorab buchen. Taxi und Uber vom Flughafen nicht empfehlenswert. Sehr gutes, präsentes Management, das offen und sehr schnell auf Kritik und Anregungen reagiert. Eigenes Hausriff, sehr durchdacht angelegte Anlage mit Ruhezonen UND Partybereich mit Animation. Essen deutlich hochwertiger als in anderen örtlichen Ressorts. Auch für anspruchsvollere Gäste gut geeignet. Klare Empfehlung, wenn man nicht Massentourismus mit Malle-Umfeld sucht. Hier bleibt man die ganze Zeit im Ressort oder macht geführte Ausflüge. Direkt im Hotelumfeld keine touristischen Angebote.
