Good value. The shuttle for skiing was really convenient and the room was clean. A couple minor things would really make things better- more hooks for wet towels/ski gear, towels in the kitchen and/or a drying rack. There needs to be more mats on the marble, it's super slick with ski boots. I wish the hot tub wasn't so far away, and it completely bleached my swimsuit even though I rinsed it immediately after.

Property is beautiful and quiet. The room was great! Only thing that would’ve made it better were a lamp and some plugs by the bed. I went for Sundance Festival and it wasn’t super close to Main St. But it was only like a 15 min ride via uber so it wasn’t too bad. Those 15 min bought me peace and quiet.

Great location, great facility, brand new, but low on equipment! As if they ran out money to spend the last 1000 bucks! No hooks on the wall, no artwork, no hangers in closet, cheapest cutlery with minimum number of items, no extra sheets, no lamps next to bed, no extra towels, one set of shampoo stuff, so yeah, if they spend another thousand buck on what every rental has, it would become 5 stars

For the price, the accommodations were extremely basic. Housekeeping did not service the room during our stay, the bed sheets were not changed, and no bottled water was provided. The listing mentioned streaming channels, but only Netflix was available. Our room was located directly above the front entrance, which meant we heard guests coming and going, conversations, arguments, and people gathering outside late into the night. The walls also seemed very thin — we could hear guests above us, next to us, and even the person in the adjacent room snoring. Overall, this felt like a very minimal property relative to the nightly rate. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again at this price point.

You’re staying in essentially a model home they’re trying to sell, so think low quality, builder-grade everything, plus nothing hung on the walls. There are no towel hooks & nowhere to hang skis or wet bathing suits. Also, only 1 mirror in the bathroom, so if someone is in the shower, the other person has no mirror to get ready. The heat/ac system is a wall unit; not central. So it will run LOUDLY all night unless it’s turned completely off. Walls are paper thin; can hear all hallway & neighbor noises throughout the condo, but it’s even louder in the bathroom (through the vent). Walk to lift is do-able, but it’s fully uphill to get back. Deer Valley shuttles or Mtn Movers will be your best friends.
