Amazing weather and convenient to the beach. Loved the snack bar. Parking was a bit crowded and we drove a large vehicle that was a tad tight in parking. Very good location close to grocery and within 10 minutes of popular restaurants. 10/10

Good value per dollar. Access to room and beach access were easy. Beach was closer than we expected. Some small maintenances issues slightly dampened our stay--burned out lights, poorly hung picture (which fell) and poor toilet-paper rack, but these were minor inconveniences in an otherwise enjoyable setting.

Over all had a good time in Orange Beach, probably wouldn't stay at this property again. Pros: direct beach access, multiple pools, great location, snack/bar near the pools. Avari left a few dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dish soap, paper towels, shampoo & conditioner. Check out was very simple and easy. Cons: had to email multiple times and call twice to get the door access code. Apparently there was some sort of miscommunication about my payment so I had to email a receipt and call twice and wait for a response. The bed is not comfortable. The condo needs some upgrades, mainly in the downstairs bathroom.

This was our 3rd trip to gulf shores/orange beach area. For the price and reason for visit it was ok, we managed. Bathroom upstairs is really small but the shower pressure is awesome. The upstairs could definitely use some remodeling, new commode, new floor in bathroom, new mattress, box spring and frame for bed. The mattress upstairs is squeaky and uncomfortable, u can feel every single movement. We came from TN for basketball tournaments in gulf shores so like I said for the price and reason for our visit it was ok.

Would stay here again! However, the coach bed is like sleeping on a pile of legos and the fitted sheet didn’t fit on it. Affordable and very clean tho!

Decent condo for the cost.

Bed was not comfortable but it worked. Internet wasn’t working the whole time we were there. Pools were nice and beach access was excellent. All in all it was a great stay, as we were gone most of the day and really only slept at the condo.
