Great place to stay in downtown Austin! Quick check in from valet parking to front desk. Condo was clean, stocked, and beyond comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was very nice! The view was amazing! The bed was comfortable and the rooftop pool was beautiful. The view from the rooftop pool was beyond what words can describe. We Enjoyed Rainey street bars and food it was just a few minute walk.

Was wonderful setup in the room with laundry and a full kitchen. Rooftop pool deck offered spectacular views, especially at night. The bar/coffee bar adjoined to the lobby was convenient, friendly, and a lot of fun.

Pros - Natiivo is in a great location. Nice and clean. Similar to a hotel room without living area. Nice bar area downstairs. Cons - 10 AM check-out isn’t reasonable. No soap in shower so I washed with shampoo.

The property offers a lot and is close to everything. Sadly my room was very dirty and missing basic items for the second year in a row. There is a washer/dryer but no laundry detergent, fabric softener, etc. I left a bag of trash thinking somebody cleaning throughout the day would pick it up - that didn’t happen. You are paying for location and that’s about it.

Natiivo has a modern feel to it. The staff were friendly/helpful. I was happy that there was a coffee shop/bar located on the property. Walkable to Rainey Street. We enjoyed the rooftop pool which is located on the 33rd floor. Negative: no umbrella's to shade yourself from the sun. Our unit was a condo located on the 24th floor which was nice. The main room was large. Negative: Our room faced the fwy. I had trouble sleeping due to the traffic noise from the fwy which was through the night. The pillows were very firm and thick. No hooks to hang your towels after you shower. I would stay there again but would request a unit that wasn't facing the fwy. I would bring my own pillow.

Location is great. Place is nice and comfy overall. We had roaches in our room, light bulbs that needed to be replaced and the customer service rep said well it’s that time of the year. And then wouldnt move us or do anything at all about the roaches. People at the front desk are also useless and refuse to help with anything at all. This is our second time staying here but we won’t be back.

Natiivo was a great stay in Austin. It was close to activities and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool, fitness center, and on-site coffee/bar. The service was also top-notch.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However the wait for the elevators was always extensive with tons of people lined up. The pool was very small and overcrowded. And the beds were not very comfortable. Overall it was a nice stay but I don’t think I would book here again.

Overall all a great place and so convenient. Our unit had a coffee making Hamilton beach that is not aligned with the Vacasa housecleaning teams pods. So we could not use our coffee making. 4 people x $10 each I spent $120 dollars due to the owner not having the correct equipment. Over all unit good.

The property is a hip urban type of lodging. The room was comfortable overall but the bedroom was dark and poorly lit, had a locker room odor and had a lot of road noise from the highway close by. Furnishings are low end and little decoration. The location is good if you want to be close to RAiney Street. It’s kind of in an urban no man’s land area but you can quickly walk to other areas. The people at the front desk were nice and helpful. My main issue was road noise 24 hours per day but may have been much better on the side of the building.
