5th floor. Noise from outside feels like the windows are open. Front desk said that since is an historical building the city wouldn't allowed them too do improvements on walls or windows. There was a girls fight outside and we felt like the fight was in the room lol..

Yes For One Person

This is a nice hotel but the rooms are very, very small. Good enough for one person for a short stay. Steps from Riverwalk which is a great feature. My biggest issue was that the TV didn't work at all. Download this, take a photo of that on your phone, etc. Horrible. A no frill stay.

Horrible city cleanliness and no parking.

The location was great; however the homeless sleeping and defecting outside the front door of the hotel was absolutely horrible. The smell was overwhelming. The parking is bad. The hotel has ZERO parking. Plan to walk 2-3 blocks to find parking and forget it if its a Friday or Saturday busy night.

NOISY! Street noise, room faced busy intersection, couldn't sleep, checked out (no quieter rooms available, no refund, moved over to OMNI No warning at booking but no secret to them as pair of earplugs came standard on the night stand!

Have two negatives parts to our trip. First there was not a hotel staff for about 45 minutes upon our arrival. Other staff said they did no speak English and just walked off. Then valet parking was not open upon our arrival and closed by the time we returned. Hotel offer alternate parking but it was full. So we paid by hour directly across the street and it was extremely expensive. On positive side room was clean very comfortable.

Wifi wasn’t great, loud air con noise from next door building. Although it’s a key code entrance which is secure and safe, the numbers are quite difficult to read. Overall pleasant stay. Would probably spend more and book somewhere else next time.

Exceptional experience.

The apartment was great. We had messed up the dates for our reservation but Crystal was amazing. She sorted everything out quickly and was able to get us back on track. The whole stay was exceptional. Kyle was our valet parking contact and he went above and beyond to take care of us. Thank you all. The staff were friendly and helpful. I must say a special thanks to Crystal, without her our weekend would have been a disaster. Thank you again Crystal for your professionalism and for your humor and caring.

Bad costumer service

It started off rocky… check in is at 4, you are supposed to get a link sent to you with codes and such. 4 came around and we never got a text with the link. We started calling the property a little after 4, we never got an answer and no call back. We showed up at the property around 5:15 pm. I went inside and nobody was at the desk. I continued to call but still no answer. Someone finally showed up at the desk like 15 min later. She then tells me that I should’ve gotten there earlier because it was first come, first served when the rooms are ready. She said I wasn’t going to get a text message with the codes. The customer service was terrible. Won’t be staying there anymore.

Es un Airbnb disfrazado llegamos a las 11 pm y no había nadie mandaron un link de registro que no servía, desvía que tiene estacionamiento lo cual no es vdd tienen convenio con un garaje a dos cuadras de distancia, imposible dormir con el ruido de la calle y las luces el lugar es bonito pero no es un hotel es airbnb

Since the hotel is situated close to the riverwalk you will hear traffic, people and music late into the night. Other than this small annoyance, the hotel had a modern charm to it and the staff was accommodating and polite. Regardless of the noise levels I would stay here again for the convenience.

We'll be back for sure!

Room was clean and roomy. Great location and once the car was parked we didn't need it. Everything close and walk-able. The only complaint is the windows are not sealed well and they rattle alot with the outside wind.

The room itself was very nice and comfortable. The windows were so bad that we could hear everything from the street. A band playing at a bar nearby, horse sounds and oh my birds! The birds were so loud I couldn’t believe we were in the middle of a city. Then the lights from the building across the street shone in our window all night. Unfortunate because we liked the room

Great stay! Great Location!

I love the place. It was great! It was the best of both worlds, a small apartment giving it a homey feeling with the accomodations and amenities of a hotel room. The location was top notch. Everything you need within walking distance, plus all the tourist landmarks. Just excellent. Word of advice though, the windows are not double pane, so being right smack in the middle of downtown you hear EVERYTHING. If quiet is what you want, this may not be the place for you. We actually enjoyed the sounds of the city. We will stay here again and cant wait to drag a few friends with us too.
