The hotel was very nice and clean. You were able to walk nearby restaurants or small shops. Outside by the pool you basically had your own beach. The cleaning ladies were super nice and helpful with our wedding event as well.

Comfortable room overlooking the sea and easy access to swim in the sea which is what we wanted. Good breakfast but quite crowded at times. Helpful and kind staff. Used the municipal car park which is very close.

Really nice hotel, clean and not far from Palma. Directly access to the ocean, which we preferred. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. The only thing that was a bit annoying for us, was the night entertainment. It was very loud, and it was there almost every night. Also, it is a big hotel, and we prefer a smaller hotel next time. For those who loves all of the above things, I think the hotel will be a perfect match.

The hotel was nice and had good location. My check in experience wasn’t great, there was only one person at the counter (who was busy) and waited 30 minutes before someone else came. I was supposed to get a welcome drink and didn’t. I then learned that the hotel parking was full and if I wanted to park I had to check with them every day which is inconvenient. Thankfully, they shared with me a free parking nearby. The pool area was big and the sea access was very nice! Overall, it was a good base to explore this side of the island

Loved the room and the view was spectacular. We stayed in one of the presidential suites. My complaint is that the air conditioning didn't work in the living area. We had to shut the door to the bedroom so that we could at least keep that room cool enough to try to sleep, but it still could not even be set low enough to be comfortable. We got the half board which is not worth even half of what we paid. It is mediocre at best, both dinner and breakfast. Save your money and go eat elsewhere at a different property.

Exceeded expectations, highly recommend!

This hotel was great from start to finish. A friendly member of staff greeted us upon arrival and helped us check in, offering us a welcome glass of prosecco. The room was clean and large with a balcony, and definitely worth the price difference to a sea view room. Our stay was in April so the weather peaked at 20-24° each day. There was an indoor pool and spa which was great for when it was too cold to swim in the outdoor pool. The hot tub was very big but could have been slightly warmer, along with the steam room and sauna. The outdoor pools are heated but are quite refreshing on the hot days I was able to go for a swim. I had multiple massages and a facial in the spa as well which was great value and all the staff in the spa were absolutely amazing! They clearly have extensive knowledge of the treatments and are all extremely friendly! The breakfast was wonderful as well with a range of fresh bakery items, hot meals, fruits; pretty much any breakfast food you could think of, they have. The concierge was also very friendly and helpful, assisting us in planning and booking some days out on our trip and recommended some great restaurants. The location of this hotel is also quite convenient as it had some grocery stores and local restaurants around, and was just a 15 minute taxi ride into Palma City. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations on every front, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lively but also relaxing environment.

Problems

The maintenance for the tennis court was really bad and full of leaves making it very slippery. That caused a fall and a fractured wrist. We need to ho to hospital and asked reception for help with taxi and we got denied to prioritise our needs. Also there is not enough sunbeds for all so you need to get up really early chasing your spot.

I liked the hotel as a whole , however I detest the treatment at the hands of receptionists twice. We had a booking with Expedia for a standard room and on check in we were put in a interconnecting room with a door to the other room . It was horribly noisy and no privacy. We immediately asked for a different room but because they didn’t have a standard room , they made me pay an extra €40 for no fault of my own. I agreed with no grumbling. The second encounter was when my request for an extr couple of hours late in check out was refused with no willingness to placate for the upset on day 1. I will never come back again nor any of my friends or family
