I requested Mountain view and it was delightful. Room was very spacious. Bathroom was as well, but the toilet was private, which was great but no room in there whatsoever. We did see one spider crawling in the curtains. Bed was comfy and our stay was cozy. We were right across the mall which was convenient but a little far from the city.

The staff was great. I bought a case of wines. They packed them for me to get them ready for check-in at the airlines. They also provide me with ice on my request. That rooms are spacious and new. Having said that, I thought there are some shortcomings to the design of the room. Little details like there were no towel racks near shower, and the main lights were only controlled by inserting/removing the card key near the door. I also miss having small face towels to wipe my face, and there was no American tv channels. I know we are not in the U.S., but it’s an American hotel, so it would have been nice to have CNN to come home to in the evening.

Overall, very mediocre hotel. Was expecting more from the Hilton. Very dated, amenities are average …we ended up moving to a hotel that was half the price and was WAY more modern and worth the price. Unfortunately, the staff were extreamly rude, not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. We were charged twice for our booking (once when we booked and then it was taken off our deposit.
