My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and I have to say this was a beautiful hotel. The room was clean, very pretty and the bed was very comfortable! Loved how the hotel rooms and lobby was decorated. The staff was very accommodating!! We ordered room service for breakfast and the food was good as well!! Highly recommend staying here!!

This is a beautiful hotel located in Arlington Heights. The rooms are spacious, well appointed, and the beds are very comfortable. It is important to know that this is a pet friendly hotel and this hotel often has weddings and DJs and events on the weekends. We knew this ahead of time and we requested a room on the first floor to try to avoid the event spaces because we were there for three nights and needed rest. The staff was accommodating. There is no free breakfast but there is a higher end restaurant upstairs.

Only about 30 minutes from downtown Chicago, free parking, rooftop bar, access to Netflix, sound machines in room for sleeping and large bathrooms! An amazing place to stay!

Not family friendly. They had parties every night on the rooftop which you can hear from the 2nd floor. My toddler couldn’t sleep from the noise. Never seen a house keeper. There was trash and food outside of people rooms for days, never was picked up. Will not be back.

Went to the rooftop bar and ordered an Iced Tea. The hostess said they didn't have iced tea. REALLY Yup Really The walls between the room are as thin as paper. Three nights in a row I had to call the front desk to quiet the neighbors. It sounded like a construction site or hearing your neighbor's radio /TV, or them arguing. If you want a good night's sleep, go somewhere else. VERY Cheaply Constructed.
