Dirty room. Hold on my card for 20 days of a high unknown amount. No water to shower or brush your teeth in the morning. Loud speaking couple with a barking dog living at the Hotel up making noise very early in the morning. Dirty property. Rooms and entire Hotel required maintenance. Broken things in the room. Manager and Owner of the property are not courteous nor care about their lazy female employee whom wouldn’t wake up to check us in upon arrival. We had to call the Hotel 44 times until Front Desk answered. Horrible! Train in the area won’t let you rest!

Very disappointing stay. The bathroom didn’t even have a shower curtain, so water went everywhere, and the room was dirty overall. Basic cleanliness and maintenance were clearly lacking. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I asked for a room on the first floor when I booked the room due to health issues. Checked in around 5pm and I was given a room on the 2nd floor because there were no clean rooms available. The room on the 2nd floor that was “READY” had busted glass on the stove top, the phone didn’t work and there was hair on the toilet rim. I advised the front desk of the busted glass and they were aware of it. I don’t understand how you can give someone a room like that especially if there would’ve been a kid that could’ve ran their hand over that stove top. I definitely wore my socks and slippers after I got out of the shower because it was questionable at this point if the room was actually cleaned. There was trash all underneath the stairwell the afternoon we got there and it was still there the next day when I checked out. The only reason we stayed at this hotel was because the casino didn’t have one available for this day. You get what you pay for.

Room was nasty! Smelled so bad! The parking lot and around the sidewalks up to the room was so disgusting. We walked in the room & walked straight out. We didn't stay. For the price we didn't expect much, but this was plain gross.
