Room clean but stains on mattress, chairs. Bed comfortable and sheets clean. No bed buds as checked when arriving in room. Outside needs definite cleaning and can smell the rodent problem outside. See traps so know they are trying. Cheap hotel price for concert nearby. Did the job we needed.

Bed had shredded cheese crumbs, long black hairs and bed bugs. A cockroach run over the remote before using it, refrigerator had mold inside. Would not recommend this place at all, it’s a hazard to your health

I only stayed booked the room becaue I had an event the next morning and I did not feel like driving from royse city to muenster TX the day of the event. After seeing the poor condition of the room and shower, I would have gladly saved my money and drove the 114 mile trek the day of. Years of no upkeep shows all throughout the property. Ice machine doesnt work, shower head and drain covered in grime. Plenty other hotels close by that are better maintained.

We stayed 2 k8ghts. The room wsd not cleaned after first night. Went down to the office to ask for clean towels. They told me I had to bring up the dirty ones before they would give me clean ones. Terrible customer service.

Room was kinda gross not going to lie. Luckily I was only staying one night. I didn’t shower bc how nasty the shower looked. Had to lay toilet paper down each time I went to the restroom bc of how nasty the seat was.. the sheets were clean at least.

We should have taken the 15+ minute wait at the front desk—with no one available to check us in—as our first sign to leave. Unfortunately, since we had already paid, we stayed. Once we entered the so-called “suite,” it was immediately clear we had been misled. The room was dirty—hair in the bathtub, hair in the bed, and sticky residue on the floors. To make matters worse, the air conditioning didn’t work. After returning from our event around 10pm, it was obvious this was not a place we could comfortably stay, so we chose to leave rather than spend the night in those conditions. A refund would be appropriate considering the room was unusable. 0/10—would not recommend. Calling these rooms “suites” is laughable at best.

Dirty room. Hold on my card for 20 days of a high unknown amount. No water to shower or brush your teeth in the morning. Loud speaking couple with a barking dog living at the Hotel up making noise very early in the morning. Dirty property. Rooms and entire Hotel required maintenance. Broken things in the room. Manager and Owner of the property are not courteous nor care about their lazy female employee whom wouldn’t wake up to check us in upon arrival. We had to call the Hotel 44 times until Front Desk answered. Horrible! Train in the area won’t let you rest!

Very disappointing stay. The bathroom didn’t even have a shower curtain, so water went everywhere, and the room was dirty overall. Basic cleanliness and maintenance were clearly lacking. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
