Really unique and comfortable accommodations

It felt like we were staying at a resort on Mars. It was really cool and special. I just wish the food options were a bit better. It was a very random menu. And to rely on that every night for dinner was kind of a bummer. Especially since this is the best restaurant in a 50 mile radius.

Best Option for Bryce Canyon

Great dome (although we were under the impression we would be facing the mountains instead of another dome). Comfortable bed, very spacious and nicely appointed, great bathroom. Ozzy in the restaurant was great and so was the food, front desk two guys had a bit of an attitude but we survived. This is a great option for staying while visiting Bryce Canyon.

Great idea but.....

I have mixed reviews of this resort. Bubble was great - bed very comfortable, fantastic shower/bathroom. My issue is with the restaurant - dinner was terrble - fish was brunt and overcooked, saled was uninspiring. They couldn't make the drink i wanted as they ran out of soda. Night was overcast so the whole point of viewing the stars was lost - made the idea of the bubble pointless. Never-the-less we enjoyed the experience of the bubble.

Love the experience of “sleeping under the stars”. Rooms/domes are unique, spacious. Wish WiFi was better, although I heard it depends of your server. Also wished the kitchen/bar was open, but was able to book breakfast in their dome dining. Food was good, menu names add on to the outer space theme. Overall, a fun experience.

Cool experience for a night

Cool concept- a lot of fun for a night at Bryce. And… you get to see a sunrise over the canyon without getting out of bed which is great when you have all the little people with you. There’s some little details that would make it better. Terrible coffee (that’s important!) both in the dome and restaurant… for the price, at least put some Starbucks instant. The food at the restaurant was good, best we had at Bryce. Only some domes have privacy curtains… I’m not really sure why. Adding just a sheer drape alongside the bottom of the dome would be nice. We left our curtains open about half way so we couldn’t see our neighbors and got to experience the stars and sunrise. The s’more’s were well organized and a fun touch— it really is beautiful seeing the stars there. Go for a night, kids will love it. **we went in March when the high temp was 65- the dome was sooo hot in the afternoon. Yes, it did cool off with AC and venting, but something to think about. It was prettt cold in the morning, but the bedding is warm and very comfortable, so we enjoyed the chilliness.

My stay at Clear Sky Resorts was absolutely magical! The stargazing domes are an incredible experience. The clear skies around Bryce Canyon provide the perfect backdrop for a night of star-gazing. The rooms are comfortable, and I loved having a deck to relax on. The outdoor firepit was a great spot to unwind after a day of horseback riding. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique getaway!
