The best affordable hotel in São José dos Campos, SP. Near Santos Dumont Park, quick walk or drive to downtown and many restaurants nearby. Free breakfast served until late and one of the best I've seen for the price. Very friendly staff, plenty of smiles. Standard brazilian bathroom unfortunately, not impressed.

The hotel and location is very nice as well the staff. Checking went smooth and room availability a few minutes before noon. The room is spacious and cleaned. I believe the hotel needs to improve the bed mattress and provide more than only two pillows. The bed linen was not fresh and looks dirty. Need to provide bed linen that look pleasant. Stayed 1 night and didn’t bother to request more pillows.

Comfortable stay in the centre of the city

The Reception staff was friendly, efficient and acted quickly to resolve our complaints. We were moved 2 floors up to a room with no problems. The bed was large and comfortable. The safe was easy to operate and everything worked well. The hairdryer in the bathroom was old but worked. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and different options. No coffee machine for fancy coffee but the coffee provided was excellent. There was no liquid soap or shower gel in the bathroom, only shampoo. Walking distance to Santos Dumont Park and to Vicentina Aranha Park. We used taxis to visit family members and to go to Shopping Centers. We can't evaluate the level of English of staff because we spoke to everyone in Portuguese. We would stay there again.

Fiquei 3 dias hospedado. Hotel é bem localizado numa região nobre de SJC. Café da manhã é ótimo e com boa variedade. Tem até com alguns produtos sem Gluten. A equipe do hotel é ágil, educada e bem atenciosa. Os quartos não são muito espaçosos, mas são funcionais. Acústica não é boa. Vaza barulho dos quartos vizinhos, tanto em cima como ao lado. A descarga do banheiro é barulhenta demais, mas o chuveiro com aquecimento a gás é ótimo. Camas boas e travesseiros baixinhos (precisei de 2). Academia do hotel é boa e ampla. Há 2 parques perto do hotel. O serviço de garagem é terceirizado (R$ 30 por dia), mas eficiente e rápido. Recomendo!

Estive hospedada na suíte presidencial, o quarto é enorme, gigante, cama confortável, banheiro muito bom, amenidades maravilhosas, gostei de todas. Minha única observação é que achei o quarto um pouco escuro, mesmo acendendo todas as luzes e o frigobar era um pouco barulhento, de madrugada tive que desliga-lo para conseguir dormir.
