I stayed in one of the cottages on the water. Off-season so I was practically alone. Beautiful views of the sound, and I got to watch a space launch from Wallop's Island one night. It was amazing! Very clean property, very convenient. The peace and quiet from the front, screened in porch, was so relaxing.

This was a unique experience! Floating on the water was definitely a highlight. The staff was friendly. And it was very pet friendly. I would absolutely visit again. It’s a bit of a walk to some of the cottages but they have carts available to help with your luggage.

Clean and spacious but uncomfortable beds and pillow. Could of been time of year but there was no staff at property. We were given 1 towel each over a 5 night stay and asked for a refresh twice but nothing.

Nice place. We had no heat and we had to call the front desk a few times for clean towels. Our shower door would not stay closed and put dock was stuck under the bungalow making it hard to enter or exit.

The water view is not obstructed and was BEAUTIFUL! They sent us a door code so we didnt have to mess with check in or out. Very easy to rent. The owner called us immediately when we had a question. We loved it!

The Blu Fin Resort was a wonderful experience except we had a situation with the tvs and hvac units but the staff was on it and everything was back on point. The man that fixed the unit was a very cordial fella as was the one that sent him, he called back several times to make sure we were ok!!! The fan in the main bedroom didn’t have a chain on it so we couldn’t change the setting and the fan was on the highest setting!! The knob for the shower was really hard to turn on. The storm door kept getting stuck and the toilet seat was a little tricky!! The cottage was very modern and up to date and the bed was very comfortable. We really liked the kitchen and the porch was lovely!! And lastly we would really consider coming back again!!

Absolutely not for us, but were large people or if you're disabled this could be a problem! 1) climbing up onto the unit from the dock was horrible (we had up to a 2 foot step up and had to crawl up into the unit). 2) the bedroom barely has room on the sides to get into the bed. 3) stove was conduction but the pans weren't. 4) hot water when showering didn't remain hot (worst than our camper). The concept was great but obviously it's not for us.
