Fabulous quiet hotel looking out at the water, marina and RV park. Our Room was like a 1 bedroom condo with a beautiful big balcony. Beautiful Kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining seating. This was probably one of my most favorite hotel stays. It was very clean and well thought out when designed. Has private balcony, kitchen with full fridge, stove top and dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit and probably the biggest walk in shower I’ve ever seen. We are ones who like to sleep in very dark room so was actually happy to find they didn’t have windows in the bedroom. As far as the KOA, every staff member we interacted with was super friendly. We did order food from the cafe, which was good. Nice sized pool and hot tub. We didn’t go out to the beach area but did walk around the marina/docks. We were about 20-25 min from Key West so an easy drive in. But also far enough away to have peace and quiet time. Absolutely would stay here again.

What a pleasant surprise. Over a holiday weekend, our other booking had overbooked us. We scrambled, and found this suite. It’s really, an apartment.. Oh my gosh, we were so happy. It was much better than the original lodging. There were two adults, two 21 year old sons. There was plenty of room for all of us. Clean, comfortable. 25 minutes outside of Key West. The 21-year-olds are coming back and staying here for spring break with their friends. To the owners of the KOA, they better behave.
