Not sure why this hotel has high reviews. Maybe they were paid. Paid for “smoke free” room but when I opened the door it smelled of pot. I got a new room, but the bed was horrible. It looks like a dive from the outside and not the safest. I guess this ended up being true because I woke up in the middle of the night due to a heavy police and ambulance presence. Continental breakfast does not start till 7am. I know this place was cheap, but with the high ratings I thought it would be okay. It definitely was not.

Arrived at midnight to hotel. Terrible customer service. No greeting, no clear communication directly with customer. Non-smoking room smelled cigarette. Checked into different room. Bed sheets had stains, and cigarette burned holes. Bathroom tub faucet didn’t shut off, and keeps dripping. Only 1 thin blanket available in room, and it is not enough to keep you warm in cold weather. Turning on heat high is the only way to keep you & room warm. I would not recommend this cheap hotel.

Bugs eating me at night! Don't know if they were bedbugs or some other type. Room wasn't clean. Suggest future patrons thoroughly check the room with a blacklight before paying for a room at this hotel.
