Pool area and the surroundings was ok. The hotel room was very poor. They use silver tape to fix things like shower and balcony door. The balcony railing was rotten (and we had children with us ). The Aquapark was not finnished despite all pictures and promotions. They had also closed the section for small children

I stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was not good from the beginning. When I checked in, I was told that my room would be ready within 30 minutes, but I ended up waiting for almost 3 hours. After I finally got into the room, I discovered that the refrigerator was not working and the shower hose was also broken. These issues caused a lot of inconvenience and negatively affected my stay. Overall, this was not a good experience, and I expected much better service and room maintenance from the hotel.
