Nice Facility - a Little Isolated from Town/Beach

Nice property, pool, etc. Rooms big and clean. It is a bit of a long walk into El Zonte on the edge of a very busy highway. Uber drivers are cheap, but hit-and-miss: sometimes available and sometimes not available. Hotel says they have transport, but it is a inconvenient/costly to come-and-go without walking. There is no beach at hotel. Suggest hotel map the area for guests who may want to leave hotel property, and make transport very easy (i.e. include transport for small fee at a set time 2x per day, etc.).

This hotel was in a very safe location, and very comfortable in price the design of the hotel is very nice we had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom room, the general manager was very nice and informative, he tells you what places are good to go, the bartenders are AMAZING, even if you don’t want to drink a good drink they will chat with you super kind people. Seems like they hire good people. Loved our stay here and we will be back!!!

Beautiful property with modern decor and spacious area. We were staying in a 2 bedrooms 2 baths unit with full kitchen, living, dining area as well as a balcony with ocean and pool view. A/C available in all bedrooms and ceiling fans in the living area and kitchen. It never gets too hot during the day. Overall a pleasant stay despite some minor issues. Unit is equipped with hot water but water pressure is a bit weak and could fluctuate. Also there is no on-site restaurant making it a bit hard to get food unless you plan to cook. They do offer delivery from the restaurant at their sister property but on one of the night we were staying they had no driver available so we had to make other plan. There are some nearby restaurants but walking at night could be a bit scary because of the poorly lit roads and fast traffic outside of the property. I would recommend driving if you can. Staff were very helpful and most are able to communicate well in English. I would recommend this property.

Literally our favorite get away spot. Perfect for kids. But also relaxing for adults. Have gone twice. Love the pools. View of the ocean. Garden. Apartment style room. Best margarita!

The hotel was really the perfect place for the last days of our 3 week vacation. All we wanted was a nice place to stay and lay at the pool 24/7. The hotel was the perfect choice. Nice interior design, two beautiful pools, direct view at the sea, great drinks and good food. The hotel does not have their own restaurant but still provides some really tasty dishes. Food can also be delivered from another restaurant for a small fee. Within 20 minutes you can also walk down to the next town (el Zonte) with lots of restaurants and a beautiful beach. We would definitely book at El Xalli again. The staff was also super nice and helpful all the time.

Oh where to begin. It was my first time in El Salvador and this place it a true gem; quiet, beautiful, nestled in the hill side above the ocean, your relaxation will be immediate! Stunning pool, super helpful staff and spacious, amazingly decorated apartment. All staff was kind and very helpful. We felt very welcomed and were able to relax even before check in. Thank.you so much El Xalli, we will come back to this beautiful sanctuary!

The hotel was modern, clean, and well maintained. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The poolside bar was excellent. The pool has a view of the ocean. Local beaches not far away.

Everything was exactly as seen in the pictures and as described. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. The area is safe and many places to dine and swim. There are many different beaches in the area to choose from. Location was easy to find as staff sent me a short video showing me how to access their property. In addtion my family that lives in ES was able to visit me at no additional cost. I highly recommend staying at El Xalli.
