Çalışanlar çok yardım sever güler yüzlü sıcacık insanlardı iletmenin en büyük şansı personel kalitesi diye düşünüyorum tek sorun alt kattaki odadaydık ve merdiven çok dikti çocuklarla inmekte çıkmada zordu. Ayrıca merdiven kapalı değildi bütün yağmur odaya inip çıkarken üzerimizden geçti bu konu iyileştirilebilir. Ama işletme sahibi de çalışanlarda çok iyi yardımsever insanlardı. Bir örmek vermek gerekirse arabamızın tekerleği patlamıştı tamirci bulup yaptırdılar biz hiç arabayı görmedik resepsiyondaki beyefendiye çok çok teşekkür ediyorum. Bunun gibi bir çok sorunla yakından ilgilendiler teşekkür ederim. Konum olarak çok güzel bir yerdeydi. Eski Mardin in hemen girişinde.

Propreté et confort pas au rendez-vous

Nous avons attendu plus d'une heure avant l'heure d'entré officiel en chambre. La chambre n'était pas encore prête. Les draps de lit étaient humides. La propreté était pas réellement optimale. Le tuyau du pommeau de douche était déchiré et difficilement utilisable. Le dernier jour de notre séjour, nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude. La localisation était parfaite.

Bir gece aile odası tuttuk. Gayet konforluydu. Çalışanlar hem güler yüzlü hemde çok ilgiliydi. Çok yardımcı oldular. Mardin'e gelirsek yine tercih ederiz. Sadece kahvaltı beklentinin altındaydı.Sicak kahvaltiliklar özelikle kapalı sıcak bir yerde kalsa çok daha iyi olur du. Tabak yerine.
